The most dirty and disgusting gym I've ever been too. ALL the equipment had a thick layer of dirt and hair, except the handles. The floor to the sauna has layers of dirt. Gold's Gym is incredibly cleaner and worth paying a little more. I honestly think they only sweep the floor and let members wipe the handles.

Good gym, with plenty of space to work out. Yeah the lockers are dirty, because people are such pigs and walk like princess around knowing they can even take care of them selves or their belongings but other than that I have no idea why people complain about

Pool is nice. Everytime. Wish the mens Locker room was wet mopped at least once a week. Really not sure it’s done at all. But overall.. I like this place.

No music at all . I’ve heard louder libraries . The staff allows members to occupy several machines at once. Staff say they have to see something like that to speak to the member . They sit at the front desk only . I’m not talking about all of the staff . They have a few terrific people . Also if you are a front desker , you can’t greet one member and then ignore someone else when they walk in it’s embarrassing for you guys.

I doubt they ever clean the locker-rooms, showers, equipment, or the outdoor area. I even showed the manager how disgusting is their men's changing area and showers, but clearly he did no care. I have gone to couple of other 24-hours, and they were a bit better. I know they run a low budget business, but how expensive is it to hire $15-$20/hour person to clean the place. I suggest letting go of at least one their admins and hire cleaning staff instead. It will be a better business practice.

The gym is alright but not sure on the staff. I came with a buddy of mine a month ago to get the 3 day pass that I was told about online, I’m already a member. Some nice girls at the counter had good customer service and my buddy ended up signing up. Came back today with another friend that just went online and got the 3 day pass and a Josh W at the front told us it’s not available and that it’s $20 for the day. We didn’t argue we just passed on the workout and left but we’re pretty disappointed.

Great staff. Nice mix of equipment and weights. Some of the aerobic equipment needs repair and maintenance with monitors malfunctioning, random restarts, and heart monitors not functional. Majority of members are nice and also wipe down the equipment when appropriate. Also most of them are good at re-racking the weights.

This gym has an outdoor volleyball sand court to play on! The best 24hr Fitness gym I’ve seen so far! This particular gym has it all, with large indoor and outdoor workout areas of weights and all the resistance machines, for a complete workout! In addition, there’s separate multiple rows of treadmills, stair-steppers and ellipticals. The outdoor pool was uncrowded and just right for a summer swim! The locker room was spacious and showers more private, unlike other gyms. The building overall seemed well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful! Interesting to note, the gym was in a neighborhood plaza, in a residential area of Simi Valley. So it was off the freeway a bit, limiting the workout membership more to locals, as opposed to LA area clubs along freeways, often super crowded with commuters.
