Very bad service. The front desk employee named Michelle is very picky and bully . She is very rude and always disrespect customers in a different ways. she is always on the phone ignoring customers, speaking louder on the phone, spreading rumors about other people, gossiping about others and talking about people, including employees and customers, in a negative way. This kind of behavior is absolutely not acceptable.

I came to this gym only for help learning how to properly lift with a personal trainer. The only part of my experience that felt above a five star yelp review was an individual at the front desk, Brian, who had great interpersonal skills! On the other hand, there were personnel on the training team that really rubbed me the wrong way. My training session was cut short because the trainer didn't even know I was coming in, and still charged me for the full hour when we started almost 15 minutes late. There was no structure at all within that training, I was just following him while he seemed to be literally playing around with different equipment. Not to mention how he kept aggressively talking about how much he does not like the training manager, CJ. I don't blame him because when I told CJ about this unprofessional training session, CJ straight up just gaslit me into thinking I was just a nervous wreck who was new to the gym. Of course I'm new to the gym and I'm nervous, but he just invalidated how unprofessional and how bad this experience was, especially for the price they charged! I am currently trying to get a refund, I don't even care if they charged me for the first session. They still have yet to fork over the near grand I paid for this waste of a time I spent. They claimed that 'management is looking over the matter.' You would definitely have better luck training anywhere but here. Update: They literally will not give me my near grand back; stating that I only had 4 days since signing up to cancel and receive a refund (was 9 days). I put in that request one hour right after the training because I knew how terrible the training department is here. I'm gonna contact corporate and hope that I can resolve this issue with them, as well as get my money back.

Enjoyed this gym at Simi Valley. Maintained well by the staff and manager who are very responsive. I had the Peak Results plan, which was worth it. Recommend to anyone looking to get fit and achieve their goals!

MINORS BEWARE! They take advantage of minors! Beware! I was out of town working so i when I called to cancel our memberships they said someone had to come in. I explain I’m out of town and if it was ok to send in my daughter. When she went in she wasn’t taken seriously, the staff told her they would take down of information and pass it along, all the while they had no intentions of handling this for her because she was 15. We did not find out about this until we received a bill for $137. When I called to speak to the manager Brian in regards to this issue his response was” well you signed a contract!” I explained we were on month to month and my daughter came in he just repeated himself again and said there is no paper on file. Whoever handles this when she came in should be fired for violating the trust of a minor! I would expect this place to treat our kids with the same respect they treat to person who pays the bill here. But to tell a minor one thing and do another is HORRIBLE. BEWARE do not trust them not to violate the trust of your kids!

CJ the manager attempted to charge 300 dollars on a service which we agreed upon ending on a specific date prior. When confronted by both his trainer/employee who was confused why the agreement changed and my significant other he laughed and shrugged them both off despite changing the initial contract without informing both party’s and refused to refund the service which was not provided. Predatory behavior like this should not be tolerated especially as me and my significant other have been loyal customers to crunch for a combined total of 10 years.

I like the gym, machines lately been broken down 😩since they were outside and well, seens it takes quiet awhile to get them fixed, only annoying thing is when they blink the lights on and off , of course I know now what it means, but someone new might not know. Today was little annoying, blinking lights went off 20 minutes before closing time then at 10:57pm a staff member was walking around telling us to get out cuz it was already time, that was unpleasand because the way he did wasnt polite nor was he mean just lil annoying, felt like they were in a hurry to close. I can hear the speakers playing music, and I wonder if it is very expensive for the company to get a microphone and plug it to the intercom to warm members 10 min before the time is over? Even the cheapest gyms have an intercom to warm members 🤔, other than those points it has been a good experience, most staff members are great customer service, today well idk but anyways. Hope someone read this and take action, an intercom warning system would be a great idea 😉

Great gym. Been coming here for a few months and the staff is great and they have all the equipment I need. Ask for Ana Flores if you are interested in a membership she will get you going. What are you waiting for. DO IT! You will be happy you did :)
