Rusnak BMW of Thousand Oaks has again exceeded my expectations. My service advisor, Vick Deukmajian, has never been dismissive like other dealers (Bob Smith BMW). He always takes the time to explain the services required for the vehicle and the schedule of maintenance. Even though it took time to diagnose the issue, the Rusnak team was thorough in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, and they were constantly in contact with us, providing us with detailed updates on the work. I will time and time again praise Vick, his supervisors, and his techs at Rusnak. The dealer is out of our way but definitely worth the drive for exceptional customer service. I will continue to bring my car for all future services and recommend Vic and the Rusnak team to family, friends, and colleagues. Excellent customer service! Vitaly is great and he made the process very simple and easy. I ordered my car with him. While I was waiting, he kept me posted with status without being “pushy”. Once my car arrived to the dealership everything was smooth, it took me nothing to get everything done even with the finance department. I will definitely recommend Vitaly and Rusnak BMW!

I purchased a CPO 2019 BMW 750i from Rusnak BMW Dealership on 07 DEC 2021. The experience there was great. Sales Associate Howard Mack was very helpful in the buying experience. There was no pressure and he was very knowledgeable throughout the viewing and test drive of the vehicle. The lounge area was also nice and comfortable with a lot of amenities. Rusnak BMW is a great dealership to go to. They have a variety of stock and helpful associates.
