Thank you Alex for all the help getting me set up with my new phone. She was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. Took care of all my needs while training a new employee as well and was very patient. Also thank you to Steven who did a great job working with me. He too was very nice, knowledgeable and patient with me.

I lost my practically new IPhone on my last day of vacation and because I’d had no Verizon service in my campground for a week, I also lost that week of photos etc. I was super stressed and needed a phone for my cross-country trip back to my east coast home. I was in the store on 7/20/2022. The person who helped me - I think, Alex — didn’t understand backups, iCloud, or even Verizon promotions and mislead my stressed brain into thinking I owed $800 to pay off my old phone (it was a trade-in promotion and a credit—had to call Verizon myself to clear this up), and that I’d lost 3 weeks of data instead of just 6 days. I couldn’t think straight or make decisions and her inexperience nearly cost me more $$$. When I got my new iPhone, since I had no service at the campground, I asked if I could stay and use their Wi-Fi to restore the apps which I desperately needed for travel the next day. She was fine with that for about 30 mins then kicked me out “to close for lunch.” I guess under normal circumstances this store and retail worker might have been fine, but her lack of experience and empathy in what was an emergency for me did not assuage my fears but only enhanced them. I went in and was told I have $700 off for an upgrade for both my phones. I didn’t have my ID so I went back a few days later and was told it will be until 4/30. When I went back the promotions changed which was cool for one phone that was $800 off but the other one lowered to $350 off. I was really bummed bc I would’ve gone back the same day if I wasn’t told it was good until 4/30 and promotions could change any day. Other then then bummer Wendy was really amazing and called me every day checking my promotions to see if they changed. Still waiting on one phones promotions but the $800 off I snagged and got an iPhone 13 max. Wendy made it a super quick and easy phone exchange!

It was all done fairly quickly and I came away with a new, upgraded phone, more robust plan, and great trade in value in my old phone. I’ve been with Verizon for a while, and plan on staying with them.
