Brent at the Oxnard store was amazing!! He made everything understandable and easy to transfer set up new lines and accessories. We were blessed to get new phones and he appreciated our enthusiasm. Don’t forget to stop and smell the roses . He made the whole process enjoyable. We had copious amounts of laughter and the more time spent in the store we realized how awesome he is at his job to take the burden of all of this technology and make it easy for us dinosaurs .

Went to check a phone and walked out without checking my phone but it didn't have any service. I called the store and they were not able to help without me being present and signing the consent. Also if you want to switch to AT&T make sure to check the service in your area within the 14 day period. I regret switching to this company when they have the worst service in my area.

Great service both from the rep Annabelle & manager which has become a dying art at other places. They were knowledgeable and pleasant. Got the new S22 Galaxy and a new plan. Highly recommend them.

Whoever assisted me has no type of customer service what so ever. Never coming back I’ll give my money to another store. Coming from someone who works sales as well. This service was not it.

Angel, one of their employees, was so wonderful and understanding when I needed my screen protector replaced. It was misaligned the first time it was installed, 2 days prior, and the exposed edges cracked when I dropped it. He was attentive and put extra care in properly aligning the new one, no extra cost to me. The other employees were also helpful. Even though there was a little wait, they made sure as I waited that I was checked in already. Not a long wait even though there were many people there. Highly recommend this store.

Being a T-Mobile customer for nearly 10 years l was hesitant in making the switch but after speaking with Brent, I was confident it was the right choice. He thoroughly explained pricing and my options on what would be best for what I needed. He did not once push me on products or services I did not need. This was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Great job Brent!
