Got me a good lube job for a good price🤣. They rotated my tires and let me know a few things that I should replace but Jason was very honest with me in saying that they were not a safety factor and I could correct them as I can afford. As a woman I have an issue trusting people with my van but Jason made the process real easy and explained everything to me and he didn't have to mansplain to me. The way he explained and showed me everything, it was very easy to comprehend. Jason is the reason I will stay as a customer.

The staff at this shop are literally the best! Their service was by far above and beyond. I needed a special weather tire from a different climate, but unfortunately they didn't have it. They called everywhere - all the shops nearby, and nada. They also called Firestone, Costco, Walmart, etc to no avail. But they continued to help me figure it all out. Due to my vehicle being an AWD vehicle, I really needed to replace all four tires after reading the Mazda manufacturer info. Jason and Tyler (staff) were so honest and helpful the whole time. they gave me a deal that wasn't advertised, they let my husky wait in the air conditioning waiting room, offered us both water, and genuinely were just so kind and helpful in figuring out a really tricky situation. Thank you and your staff for all your help. Always coming back here!

I came in for a time rotation, which turned out to be a FREE service. When the men had finished, they informed me that something was wrong with my front left wheel, found a loose bolt and tightened it for me.

I have a business with a fleet of vehicles. I started bringing my vehicles here and I noted they were really fast and friendly. I told them that I need copies of inspections for every vehicle for liability purposes since I have employees drive them. I made extra sure I stressed the importance of the inspections. One of my employees told me he heard a noise from his vehicle 3 weeks after bringing it here. I checked and found a destroyed rear rotor. Further inspection found the pads were completely worn away and therefore damaged the rotor as well. There was no mechanical fault or other damage (I am an ex-mechanic myself). I checked the inspections and it said the brake pads were 5mm thick and were checked off as good (see photos). It is obvious the inspection was falsified and never done. I now can no longer trust any other inspection or return to this place because they have no integrity. Also, I called and asked if they were going to do anything about it and they never called back.

Big Brand Tire use to be Integrity Goodyear before it was bought out, I received an oil change and tires rotated, great service and friendly staff, will definitely come back for service again

Top notch! I was a bit nervous bringing my BMW here for a routine tune up. I usually take it to the dealer but this is close to home so why not give them a try. Glad I diid! These guys were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Tyler was especially helpful with answering my questions and giving an accurate cost quote! Thanks for a awesome customer experience.
