10/10 would recommend! Better service than T Mobile who stuck a dorito in my bag. I was so upset and dissatisfied that I asked for the whole Dorito bag and not just a single peice but said they couldn’t do anything about it. So heartbreaking. On the other hand AT&T was so helpful. Jess did all of our phones at once and it was so fast and easy.! 👍🏼

10/10 would recommend! Better service than T Mobile who stuck a dorito in my bag. Associate (Unior) was not helpful in learning more about my upgrade issue or resolving the issue, and also argued with me about what I see on my bill. I instead called the AT&T customer service phone number, and they were able to resolve the issue quickly.

Took my son in there to see if he could get a phone to start to build his credit and the staff by the name of Jess I believe was her name (the only female there) was so rude from the beginning. She needed a second identification and instead of asking for anything else she asked for a passport. I told her why would you ask for that and for your information he was born here. I at that point didn't feel she was professional at all and she got really rude and acted like she was going to attack me another employee had to get get in the middle of her and I. Let alone I was already out the door... She was very very rude and so unprofessional.

Unfortunately this store wasn't helpful due to my sister needed upgraded and boosted cell signal for her wifi hotspot? Only that the area in which she lives has very poor signal strength! Their recommendation was for her to move into a suburban city that has proper wifi signal.

Not terrible. They were too busy to talk to me for almost an hour, but most large corporations who take away medical freedoms are understaffed, so I wasn't surprised. I was already thinking I needed a different carrier. This visit just made the decision that much easier. Happily gone. See ya AT&T!

Jessie the Store rep was very informed on all the products and services. She is also great when it come to customer service. I would give her 10 stars. Shes friendly and has a great way of dealing with her customers.

🤬🤬Just so everyone is aware, AT&T advertises that they can add a phone line to you account for $20 a month. Then when you get the bill it $50+ a month and some fees. They did take care of the situation and refunded everything after a 1 hour "delightful" phone call. I just wanted to warn everyone else so you don't make my dumb mistake!! 🤣🤣
