I am very pleased with my experience at Liberty Tax in Greeley on 10th St. I had several years of taxes to be filed and thought I might need to hire a CPA because of the complexity of my taxes that also included investment income. James at Liberty Tax was exceptionally knowledgeable with every situation. The price was very reasonable given the amount of work required.

Filed in February and still have not gotten my taxes, there were typos on my tax forms and then somehow were magically gone when I asked for another set of copies, James the tax preparer for this year kept stopping to help others and rushed through our tax forms and process. I've filed with liberty for 6 years in a row and have never had an issue. I trusted that things were correct and the forms I signed seemed to be correct but on the app were different. When I call and ask for help it's absolutely no help at all and the same information I can get myself online. James has also not wanted to speak with us and has had a female employee give us simples answers each time I reach out. Beyond frustrated and I will never file with Liberty again! This place is not what it used to be when Jackie was there.
