Had a great experience from start to finish. Professional, nice and polite environment. I got into a fender bender in December and did not expect them to take me in so sudden because of Covid. I called this business on October 18th around 11 AM wanting to get information on repairing minor scratches on my vehicle. The receptionist I spoke with explained I would have to bring it in for them to look at, understandably. Before I was able to schedule a time to come in for them to look at it, she hung up on me. I immediately tried to call back and was left on hold for ten minutes, I hung up and called back. When the receptionist answered, I asked to speak with a manager but no one was available. I will not take my business here. I appreciate your response, but my issue was with being hung up on, not the lack of a manager.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Devonte and Cole went above and beyond with every aspect of my experience. These guys are all about treating people right and not all about the insurance money. They genuinely took care of me and far exceeded my expectations. I talked to multiple body shops about ceramic coating a 2001 Dodge Ram truck and none of them took me seriously or would even consider it. I was going to do it myself but after talking to the owner Cole he convinced me to have them do it. They got it done at a great price and treated me like family. They updated me throughout the whole process and got it done extremely fast. The best part was the attention to detail and the quality. These guys are true artists and I will never go anywhere else.

This team is fantastic to work with! Very friendly and take great care of their customers. My car received some hail damage from one of the major storms this summer and they were able to get me scheduled, and get my car back to me quickly and even did some light detailing on the inside. I was pleasantly surprised! They go above and beyond, which is why I will always trust them to take care of all of my vehicles. Highly recommend!
