EVERY single person we talked to as we were trying to port phones over just sent us to the next person without explanation. We were even sent to a Verizon employee without being told who they were transferring us to. We are having problems with our lines and have called and talked to customer service for a told of 7-8 hours in two days. The problem is still not resolved and they are just telling us to wait 48 hours and see if that works. This company has the worst customer service. It is well known that att does not care about their customers, just the money they get from them especially with the next plan. And they have 90% their customer service based over seas so they have a thick accent and are hard to understand, and sometimes they don’t understand us.

ERIC is a HORRIBLE customer service rep!!!! I am leaving at&t now and NEVER coming back I have been with them for almost 10 years, and I have never and will NEVER be treated like that! Then on top of that he put a port lock on my account to some unknown phone carrier so I couldn't transfer my number over until I fought with customer service to get it unlocked and a dozen phone calls later STILL no change THANKS eric!

Great experience! Joram was super polite and helpful. Would recommend him to anyone. He was every bit as much of mobile expert that someone could hope to be for your establishment, he was knowledgeable, efficient, upbeat, understanding, and quite friendly.

Had one of my phones for a good while, sadly it started to slow and it was time for an upgrade. Joram was able to help me get a new phone and get me out of the store in very little time. His customer service was amazing!

Was helped by Joram and he did an excellent job at getting me everything I needed, adding all the lines, and getting me out there fast and efficiently!!! Answered all of my questions and helped me with transferring my apple data over to the new one!

Joram was great! I had an issue because I did a deal thru Sams club Joram was kind enough to call customer service fix my bill and fix my discount as a first responder! He was great thru the whole experience answering all the question showing pricing billing! On top of that the whole store was great and also store manager !

Don't go to this store!! We went in for a simple request to merge two accounts into one. Long story short we ended up coming back to the store 6 times over 2 days and spending over 6 1/2 hours at this store. At one point they ended up turning 2 of our phones off the network for over 24 hours, and when they couldn't get it back on the network the manager Jerry suggested I buy a new phone. My phone was working fine when I came in I wasn't buying a new one. He then called me a liar that I bought the original phone at an ATT store. (Check my records if you don't believe me). I have NEVER been treated so badly and rudly at any store! I understand mistakes happen but this manager never even apologized or tried to make it right. I am a manager myself and would have never treated a customer this way for mistakes that were the company's fault. After all of this our bill is $70 more than he told us so ill be going back to the store again (but not this one) to get it fixed. Don't go here unless you want to be ridiculed, called a liar, and spend over 6 hours in a store and still have problems. Do better ATT!!

Alain did NOT listen to our needs/wants. He instead gave us what we specifically told him we did not want. He was giving us phones with options HE thought we should have. He told us they didnt have our phone choices and would have to wait to receive them in the mail. He was rushing through everything. I have been an ATT customer for nearly 20 years. I was not impressed. We spoke with another associate about it and she went to the back and brought out exactly what we wanted. We asked Alain to transfer data for us and he seemed very reluctant. He started it and sent us on our way. I am nearly 70 years old and I am not impressed.

I was initially very pleased with the customer service I received---we came in to add a simple line to my plan for my elderly veteran father, and the rep clarified 3 times that my new bill amount would be for BOTH lines. Fast-forward over a month, multiple online chats and phone calls, and I'm still fighting to get my bill lowered after the amount quoted didn't happen. And still feeling very lied to and cheated by this rep.

Isaiah was awesome to work with. I came into the store with 8 lines still on my bill despite sending notices to all 6 of them. I still have some work to do on migrating them off, but we were able to address all my concerns. Highly recommend Isaiah.
