They make high schoolers wait outside in the heat even though they have a short lunch period and have a ride attitude towards the kids.

This is the largest Dollar Tree I have ever been into! It was huge! I found all sorts of stuff! The prices start at $1.25. They have food, crafts, gifts, toiletries, clothes, baby stuff, pet items, cards, school supplies, car stuff, and more (I'm sure I missed something). Staff was friendly.

Just met the stupidest cashier named patricia working here they should really screen ppl here before they hand out jobs to any one a monkey could do a better job and work for less

Went here for some things I needed, and I'd love to say, Sonia did and amazing job. She was a calm and very nice cashier, even when her line was very long. There were 3 other employees who all stepped outside to smoke at the entrance instead of helping cut down the line, which seemed very unfair to Sonia.

Just talked to my Dad who is 80 and is handicapped. He walks with a heavy limp due to several surgeries and suffers through his physical limitations. An employee at this location was very mean to him. He asked this young female employee to allow him to use the restroom. She indicated that the bathroom was not working. He asked if both reatrooms were in non-working condition and she made my Dad go to another store to use the bathroom. He returned back into the long line to check out. As soon as he got to the point to check out, she shut off her light and simply told my Dad she was closed. No apology, no advanced notice, and no back up plan. Needless to say, he was physically and emotionally hurt by these actions. He felt like this employee was being mean and targeted him directly. It saddens me that he felt so mistreated. Can not recommend this particular store due to their poor customer service.

It's my neighborhood store. I live and work on Pearl. I shop often. The store currently has made floor renovations which looks better. The reason for 1 star is because the staff harasses me. Christine and her staff swarm the registers and watch everything I do. I know for a fact it's not for stealing. They have major issues to do so without probable cause. I'm educated and have a professional job. I'm going to start recording my visit. On a different note, Make sure to check the "best before" and "sell by" date on the food. They sell food way past the date on the food items.

The shelves are usually almost bare it's a busy store but needs more help or better management. I have to drive much farther to find another good dollar tree. I loved dollar tree since I lived in N.C. and hoped they would come here. The products are better in N.C. though

I thought is was a very nice experience!! Very big compared to other Dollar Trees I've been too,lots of products on shelf. I found what I was looking for as well!! Check out was fast and friendly!! Nice and cool 😎 as far as air conditioning!!! Ill definitely go back next time I'm in the Thornton area!!!
