Cut my baby girls nails too short :( I’ve been coming here for awhile now and never had an issue until today (7/20/22) I understand mistakes happen, however would have appreciated the groomer notify me they cut too short and how to care for it.

My son and I always take our dog to get groomed at this place, they were always so nice until yesterday. When the groomer came to take my dog back, she didn’t say hi to us, or try to be nice to our dog or talk to him, he was really scared to go back there. I feel that she could at least try to be polite. I almost did not want my dog to stay. We will find another grooming place.

The girls here are super nice. We went here to wash are Ausky Shep Pit Chow and Pembroke Welsh Corgi.the bathing room for them was great. They have 2 different shampoo and conditioning choices and most importantly for me.. their aloe free. Price is perfect. The atmosphere is great. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you

Fantastic self-wash dog bath!! I've also used a couple of their grooming services like nails and gland expression. Great prices and kind employees, which is all anyone really wants. Highly recommend for grooming needs or any food or treats!

We come for the self wash. Sadie is normally very timid about jumping in the tub. She was well overdue last time and hopped right in. She was psyched to get a bath. And she always picks out a treat at the register at the end. Last time she got a new collar on clearance in the back of the store. Owner is also really nice!

We showed up at 4:15 PM to utilized the dog wash since they say they close at 5 PM. The girl told us we couldn’t use the dog wash because it was “almost 5”. We tried this place because it’s close to our house and we were in a hurry, but we will never be coming here again. Horrible customer service!

Great service and some of the most friendly people ever. I booked my 2 dogs for grooming 2 weeks out, it was the earliest they had…and now I know why! I am beyond impressed with have clean and deshedded they got my German Shepard and Boarder-Collie mix. Not only do they smell great, and the house has less hair around, it was also the best bang for your buck as it was beyond affordable for the quality of work. We will 100% be back.

Greatest pet supplies store I have ever been to. My dog loves all their treats and food and health care products. And I love the self grooming and regular grooming. Super affordable and friendly. Never had a bad thing come of these stores. Owners are great as well!

I originally went in to check out their food, and now am likely a customer for life! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to dog food! The owner was very informative and helped me with any questions I had. Every person working there that I have encountered has been amazing! Would highly recommend coming here if your dog suffers from any sort of food allergy. They carry a great selection of true quality dog food! We feed raw personally which they carry a great selection of raw as well. Ordered a larger box and it was there exactly when they said it would be. They were very prompt to call me when it arrived! Keep up the great work guys!

The owners are friendly and prices are reasonable. My dog loves to sniff around and pick out his treats since they are conveniently located at the front of the store. Their self wash price of half-off every Sunday beats the competition (I was going to Petco Unleashed)! They have ROOMS where you can close the door and wash your dogs without worrying about them jumping out of the tub and running away. My dog loves this pet store!
