My wife and I went in on a Sunday when it was very busy in the morning. Must have been about 15 people in that store and only one young lady with bright red hair running around helping everyone by herself on two counters. This young lady was so fast with everyone, kind, and smiled and said hello to everyone. We were last in line when we got to her counter. She was very sweet and had a big smile and big beautiful eyes. I was having trouble remembering but she was very patient and helped me figure out the part. My wife was wanting some things but couldn't find where they were so when she asked this young lady, she ran and got them for her along with other things she would need also. All this time, she kept everyone in the store smiling and grabbed things for them along the way as she was looking for our things. The amount of patience, knowledge, dedication and love for the job this young lady has is astounding. My wife says her name on the receipt is Missy, but I think her name should be Angela, because she's truly an angel and a blessing to everyone who meets her. Thank you young lady. Thank you for treating these old crows with kindness, that's very hard to find now a days. We will surely be back.

Clean story, good inventory. Missy comes off really nice at first but then turns nasty with customers. Very unprofessional. Get Phil or someone else to help you out. Avoid her at all costs.

dont listen to them if they tell you your battery is dead. battery was 100%. alternator was problem. they threw away a working part

I needed a battery test done waited in line for 10 minutes and the worker told me to hold on because there was a line of customers behind me. Really I've been standing here for 10 minutes!! If I needed a part I was going to buy it through you guys not anymore.

Very disappointed. Came to the store Sunday to buy some lights and had to wait almost 10 minutes in line because the older gentleman was too busy laughing and joking with someone instead of helping customers. Luckily the lady working was very friendly. She apologized to everyone because she could see all of our frustration. She had to yell his name a few times before he would even acknowledge the other people in the store waiting to be helped. Very disappointing. And this gentleman is supposed to be a manager?

We changed our brakes in the parking lot so we’d be close to the store if we needed anything. Jose was so accommodating and kind! Any questions I had, he answered. He went above and beyond and even helped us with the brakes. (We had no idea what we were doing lol). This guy deserves a raise!

The tall gentleman with the ponytail and glasses, whose name I didn't catch unfortunately, my bad, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was. Walked into the store after my fuse blew on my cooling fans as you can see by the picture they don't know how to do stock there's no way you add a crazy sale on fuses and then when I asked the guy at the counter if he had any in the back and I even gave him the part number he said usually what he has on the Shelf is all they have and when I asked him so you're not going to look in the back he just looked at me so I left great customer service thank you O'Reillys I'll go to Advanced I've worked for auto zone pep boys checker auto combined 16 years aftermarket parts and I'm ASE P2 certified I would never treat a customer this way
