I paid Rallye Sport for having my car put on a dynomometer and "tuned'. I was told the only adjustments necessary were to the carburetor, a recognized brand which Jeff later admitted he "did not know and did not want to know". My car ran much worse after the "tuning" than before. I corrected the setting myself after learning it directly contradicted the installation instructions from the manufacturer. If I need an engine built, I will consider using Jeff, but for any other work I will look elsewhere.

Jeff Winter has got to be the epitome of what countless decades of Datsun racing experience represent. Nothing but professionalism and courtesy from the day I walked into his shop. Answering every question I had and treating me as a knowledgeable customer, explaining the why's and how's of every aspect of my engine build. The day it came to finally startup my new 3.2L stroker build, Jeff worked his magic and right before my eyes from the first turn of the key he had my setup running flawlessly within a handful of minutes. Every time I go to a local Cars & Coffee, I will be proud to open my engine bay and reveal a Winter Racing motor under the hood. Thank you Jeff for all your hard work.

Since meeting Jeff, the owner, I have seen him build up some amazing engines for his customers. If you own a Datsun or Nissan and are interested in anything from a serious performance tune to a ground up racing build this is the first place to check out. This place is great. I walked in knowing virtually nothing and Jeff helped me get set up in a winning race car, with one of his famous Winter Racing Engines, and take the division championship title my rookie year!
