On 11/1/2022 I dropped my 2019 Nissan Frontier off for 55000 mile service with tire rotation. Grossman Nissan Service called and said serpentine belt was starting to wear and technician recommended replacement. I said do it and the work was performed. On 11/11/2022 I heard a noise coming from the engine compartment as I was pulling into work parking lot. I look and saw nothing. Very dark in morning. That afternoon I look in the engine compartment and saw serpentine belt. Shredded and wrapped around fan hub. I couldn’t get stuck at home, had to be at work. I expect the dealer to keep my vehicle reliable. Not to get stuck broken down somewhere. On a vehicle that has 55,000 miles on it. Taken to the dealer for all services and all recommendations made while servicing. I’ve done this with all vehicles I have owned. This is the first time the dealer has caused a breakdown. And I paid for it on their recommendation. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with the service department’s substandard practices. I feel the whole culture in the service department is a direct reflection on the Service Manager.

He was very pleasant and spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the vehicle as well as answering all my questions. Excellent car buying experience! This is my second vehicle I purchased from Grossmans. Both times I was very happy. I worked with Sarah this time and it was honestly my best experience ever buying a car. She was helpful, pleasant, informative and made my very relaxed in the buying process. Probably the first time that has ever been the case buying a car! She went above and beyond cutomer service wise. She drove to my home to let me make sure my vehicle fit my garage, then we took the Nissan Pathfinder on a highway and backroad drive. I definately recomend you ask for Sarah! However, the entire team was fantastic!
