We waited an entire hour all for nothing. They told us they could not do anything about the situation. The manager was not there, ATM was broken, and the system had problems. Do not go. They said their manager often would to go PA because they were low on workers. Without their manager all they would say was, "We can't do anything about it". If I could give a negative 5 I would.

I don't do google reviews, but i want to say how nice the peopleare at this branch are. I get a Bank of America pension check each month, and this branch is the only one that will cash my check I've gone to the branch on Rt 202, and was given the hardest time. They refused to cash the check and told me to cash it at Walmart or a. Check cashing store. Thank you Limestone branch

Wow , I have been a bofa customer for past 14 years and I can never forget what an experience I just had with this branch. I went for a notary with an appointment to this branch after talking to boa customer service for my kids passport application. The assistant manager was generous came out saying that they are overbooked and might take some time. Then she said she is not sure if the passport documents can be notarized by them.Then a person named Doug comes out says that they will not do it in a very rude manner. I understand their limitations but I was only upset the way Doug treated me and my family. Then after 30 mins the manger calls me and says that I am being rude. To the manger and Doug : after 14 years I am cancelling my debit card which has my payroll deposit and all other payments with you guys right away as i was treated like a alien today at the branch. I am calling the customer care and will make sure to have the notes for my reason of for doing so.

Bank tellers closed due to construction. Only one customer service person inside to handle business like ck deposits. I needed withdrawal which couldn’t be completed inside or at ATM. Very disappointed. Should have just closed the branch.

I literally just received the worst service EVER from teller and manager. There was no source of options. Did not ask me if i had any other source of id. I have been with this bank for 3 years. Should not have to go through this to get my own money

Hopeless staff. They don't know what they are doing. Does not have time sense. Not sure why they take lot of time just to serve one customer. All their bankers and bank advisors are hopeless at this location for sure and no second thought. Always make things more complex....

The employees at this branch were not helpful or friendly. I arrived at the bank shortly before closing to drop off a document. She wouldn't let me drop it off because, "We're closed." She wanted me to make an appointment to drop off a document. When I got to my car, I noticed it was still a couple of minutes before 4:00pm, their closing time. I guess I will mail the document - I live 20 minutes away. In the future, I will probably try to avoid doing business with Bank of America.

TERRIBLE service. I went in to get a replacement card and was made to wait rather long as other people went in front of me. Then when I spoke up and said that I was next, I was immediately shut down as if I was disturbing the peace. Once it was my turn, I didn't even get shown how to use my card like those who went in front of me (and had to ask to). In short, if I were not a young black woman, I would've been given tip top service and treated with way more respect. I will never go back here again and suggest anyone not to, either. Get new management and not hood rats from the streets of Wilmington.

Terrible. The lady at the front is a Stage 10 busy body. It just comes off very gossipy and unprofessional. Not the kind of place I want to keep our money. The sad part is these business select the wrong people as the first person/s, customers see when they walk in. It speaks volumes about this location. I will not be returning. Went with PNC.
