I want to thank CJ ( manager ) for accepting my vehicle at the last minute. He allowed for me to view the issues in hand regarding the exhaust system of my vehicle. After viewing the issue, we discussed the cost for repair before they serviced my vehicle. He was very polite & honest when providing the quote. This is very important to me because many other places do not discuss or disclose prices till they service the vehicle. I will be returning to this location for all future vehicle needs. I was turned down by Midas because they said they didn't feel comfortable working on it because of the engine codes and I just wanted them to fix the overheating problem not the codes. Meineke fixed the overheating problem and my car runs great they knew I wasn't worried about the codes or if it didn't fix the codes. They they did a great job and will be bringing SUV back. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted with a warm welcome. They took my car right in. Sat in the lounge while my car was serviced and had a great conversation with the gentlemen who worked there. Super cool and hilarious yet professional. Excellent experience. Definitely recommend. I brought my car in because one of the tires was making a scraping noise. They said it was the wheel bearing on the rear drivers side. They replaced it and it cost over $900. Which I gladly paid thinking the issue was fixed. I realized after a few days the issue was not fixed. I ended up driving an hour to my old mechanic and was told it was the passenger side rear wheel bearing - not the drivers side. And they fixed it and changed my oil for $500 🙁

I scheduled my appointment online for 8am last Friday. I got there a few minutes late, but was in & out in less than an hour! I will definitely be taking my car here again for all my oil changes. It was much more convenient and cheaper than bringing my car to the dealership. The manager was very nice to talk to while I waited, it made the time go by fast! Services: Oil change, Tire rotations

Terrible service....the vehicle had to be returned the next day so the technician could tack weld up near the manifold because it was so loud. Next, after driving the car a day or two, I noticed the new exhaust system would bang violently against the bottom of the car on even moderate bumps in the road. I took the car back in again and asked them to fix the problem. Without even test driving the car, Carey the technician tried to tell me the central carrier bearing on the car had failed (not true). I took the car back a third time and urged them to drive the car to understand that the problem was the exhaust hitting the bottom of the car was the result of it being incorrectly installed. They tried to say that the strut of the front passenger side was what the problem was now. All along, the service technicians have not taken responsibility for their own shoddy work. In addition, everything on the muffler and exhaust system is welded in place making it nearly impossible to reconfigure the parts to fix a problem. I had to pay $700 for this and I'm left with aggravation. I'm going to give the car over to my regular mechanic who is going to have to order an entire new system to fix the problem. With parts and labor, it will be between $1800 and $2000 bring my outlay to $2700 for a new muffler. I would hope the shop would at least consider a partial or total refund or the $700 because the car is not really fully driveable. Whatever, the shop decides to do about this, I have initiated a dispute with my CapitalOne account over the $700 charge because of the problem. Service: Auto exhaust system replacement
