The bagging situation needs to be rectified. Like seriously. No one is helping you bag items if you bring your own bags. The cashier tried to hurry me along as she scanned items. Which put pressure on me to hurry & bag over 80 items by myself which is ok..however please tell ppl to keep their receipts out so bc receipts will be checked on the way out the door. Why would I have my receipt in my hand after all that quick & heavy bagging? I'm just trying to get out the way since I'm being hurried along. I was asked for my receipt while exiting. I told the clerk to confirm with the cashier that I purchased all the items bc it was no way I was about to go through all my bags for a receipt, esp. when the clerk just saw me scan over 80 items (she was standing not too far away from me).**Advice to management** If receipts are needed to prove ppl purchased items please tell cashiers to inform ppl to keep receipts out. Or just give ppl bright orange "paid for" stickers. Thanks.

Usually love this Shop Rite! Today was a disappointing day. Only 2 registers and the 25 or less lanes were open. And Lots of customers!! I think it's best to give the registers back to human workers. You always had the nicest!! We need to be taking care of each other! Computers kind of suck.

They now are not allowing self checkout the cashiers have to check you out but you still have to bag your own food. Very unorganized said it's because of theft and the CEO Kenney is forcing them to do this now. They need to get their act together or people will shop elsewhere. It took a minute to get use to self checkout and that was working and they go and change things and don't even have enough cashiers in the store to check you out.

The other day I saw one of the employees tossing all the fruits and vegetables into the bins, no wonder everything is bruised. And then he kept standing around talking about what he does outside work. Some of the other employees have been rude.

This was always a great grocery store but this all self checkout thing is awful and they have the audacity to charge for bags. If you're going all self checkout the scale needs to be a little forgiving. I can't place a single paper bag on the scale without it freaking out and it wants EVERYTHING you're buying to be placed on the scale. Even if you use the gun to scan cases of soda. Won't be coming back here. Self checkout would be fine without the stupid bagging area scale.

Thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed this store. It is progressively going downhill. No sale items stocked, no meat department response. The poor person at the help desk seemed afraid to and would not call a manager for me to speak to. What a mess this is becoming I was there May 23 at 5:pm 2022. I advise others to shop at better stores

There are no employees but for maybe 1 clerk who is supposed to provide assistance for the entire front. The lines back up toward the back of the store frequently. Shoppers get frustrated and abandon carts full of food which is then left sitting for who knows how long before it is found. The self checkout machines are always malfunctioning and it is causing extremely long wait times. Very disappointing to see this store go downhill. Now it is a store to be avoided.

Cant wait for the wegmans to open so I actually spend my hard earned money at a place that is friendly and welcoming to their paying customers.

Seems kinda clustered, could be organized better. Plenty parking definitely. They do have a huge variety of items, but I would not count on this store for grocery shopping. Great variety on the bakery side though. Counters are few and the self checkout machine is a mess.
