I had placed an order online and needed to return one of the items. I had no idea there was a location so close to me! I am happy to know I can physically go to this store and get what is needed without having to wait for delivery. The ladies in the store were extremely helpful and friendly!

I recently discovered this store in my neighborhood and decided to go back to see what new items were avaliable, this time however I was greeted by a Amozonian type lady that was very rude. I was looking at the Blazer section and for some reason she decided at that moment to come over and get a shirt that was really close to me and she picked it up and as she did she hit me with it on the side of my head. No apology, no acknowlegment of doing something to a customer that was highly unprofessional...I will not visit that DXL again.

The Clearwater store and Management team were wonderful! Rachel went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience while not being intrusive or pushy! A great overall experience on my first visit to any DXL! She made the return of my online order easy and I was happy with my replacements! 10 stars!

Definitely had a great experience here today I brought my nephew in to get clothes for a interview and we could not have done it without Rachel's help she was absolutely awesome! She was super helpful we were able to get him dress pants then a nice button up shirt really quick while he was in the dressing room trying them on I had a really great conversation with her. She then helped me find my nephew some good looking shoes to go with the outfit which the whole experience making the outfit was really great awesome customer service super friendly was able to have a great convo just excellent I will definitely be back and I can only hope to get Rachel's help again thank you very much for today! 😁

Store was very clean. Nice layout. Everything displayed nicely. Dressing rooms were clean and easy to find. Prices were easy to find on the clothes. Staff were very courteous & friendly. Very helpful. Will definitely go back there.
