I went to this branch today to deposit money in my wifes account, as i do every week. I usually don't have the account number with me but up until today, there was no problem for them to look up the account number. This new drive through supervisor changed the branch policy and decided they were not going to look up account numbers any more. I said there was no problem before, she said she wouldn't do it, I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. I asked to speak to the branch manager and she refused. I parked and went into the branch and talked to her manger explaining the situation. She told the supervisor to take care of this. The supervisor came out and put her hand out to shake my hand and I gave her the money and deposit slip. she said she was goin to shake my hand. I said, I had to come out of the drive through and park and talk to you manager, I'm not here to shake your hand, I'm here to deposit this money. She ended up depositing it anyway. If she had been more professional and customer service oriented and said ok this time but our policy changed, then I would have been satisfied. But she flat out refused to do it, or to get her manager, and sent the money and slip back. This branch, or at least the teller supervisor, oh, the "NEW SUPERVISOR" is the worst customer service officer I've ever experienced at a bank.
