Worst Customer Service I have seen in my life. The Branch Manager is an arrogant person that does not even speaks English well, is very vulgar, has an extremely deteriorated language and a terribly arrogant attitude. Whatever you do, stay away from this branch.

Took in a chase check that I got paid with for my job and they placed a hold on it for 2 days and I leave for a trip on Wednesday. I have a chase account plus it was a chase check and they still held it and wouldn’t even allow me to cash it out. Then all my coworkers went and got there checks deposited or cashed out instantly. I just wish I would’ve gotten the same treatment :/ now I’m low on money for my trip and late on a car payment.

Just walked in here to open a checking account the bank is empty the lady on the counter says you need to make an appointment great job good thing Bank of America is right next door.

Every time I come to this branch I have a problem, they are extremely understaffed lack of communication skills among them is incredible, the staff is poorly trained they seem like they never know what’s going on, last week I went to open an account after an hour waiting I had to go ask the teller and THEN she informed me the officer went for lunch... today I come back to open the account I signed my name to wait for the officer to receive me while I’m waiting all of a sudden someone walked into the same officer office I was waiting to see to open a bank account saying they had an appointment with her... I look angry at the teller and he says “oh she has an appointment” I’ve tried to make an appointment with this officer before and she has told me there’s no need... I guess my money is not important here so I’m going elsewhere, this place is chaotic and a waste of time
