This lady is always causing problems. She gives everyone a hard time in line always, it’s incredibly difficult to watch. Just combative with every customer and constantly yelling and using profanity. Someone with these mental health issues should not be working customer service. Please remove this person before they hurt someone pr get themselves hurt.

After covid deliveries, mail/ post offiand couriers were more active than ever. Today they remain active why would you have 15 people & more lined up with two attendants only to help them. Clearly US Post office is not in business to be profitable.

It's been 3 weeks, still have not received my package, it went from 1 horrible Florida USPS facility to this ,just as horrible location, for a week tracking has said pending acceptance. If you are looking to loose something and never want to see it again, I would recommend this place. If you want somewhat of a good service, this IS NOT the place to go. Q star is a little too much

I send packages from Knoxville TN to a company in Miami using the USPS. The company's hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. For some reason the post office keeps trying to deliver the packages on Saturday and they tried again today. The company isn't open tomorrow. Hopefully, they will wait until Tuesday before they try again.

THE HORRIBLE SERVICE OF USPS...I wish I don't have to comment, as their service didn't deserve a word or my time, but as the last few weeks I'm having a huge problem, they not only lost my package as Amazon did a replacement and now the package is stuck there somewhere till they have the dignity to make my delivery!!!! This is the most disorganized company in the world, they are messy, they lose packages, they don't delivery on time, every day they are getting worse and worse, a horrible customer service when you can talk with them and not with a computer, but doesn't matter as their service is so horrible that the computer is much better. It's one disappointment after other with this company!!! If you can use another serice, they aren't much better, but they are better than USPS.

I had a very awkward experience in this place with the guy on charge of passport office He ask us for a document isn't part of the process to obtain a passport for our kids. Our marriage certificate. Of course, we don't have it at this moment because in any papers or web page informatuon says is a must. Now we need to make an appointment again, but not sure to make it at this USPS office.

They are an approved centre that does fingerprinting for the FBI background check certificate (Police Clearance). Try and go there around noon as its not crowded and you will get your work done in about 15 minutes. Only one staff member available, so that could cause some long wait times and issues during peak hours. However, I had a good experience and would recommend their services to anyone who needs to request for a background check. There is a $50 fee, but your prints get sent directly to the FBI system and you will have an e-copy of your certificate sent to your email within hours. This is much quicker than having to manual roll your fingerprints with ink and mail the physical copy to the FBI. Saves you about 2-3 weeks of processing time.

Very busy location. Sometimes there’s only 2 employees. This is the reality. The staff is helpful. The USPS does provide competitive pricing and when I’m shipping instate the package does arrive within the week, maybe 3 days. Please be patient. They’re human and are trying their best with the little staff that they have.
