Entered the store and ask the lady what her name was and she gave me a dirty look. I informed her I was a current customer and wanted to upgrade my telephone she said she could not or would not help me. So I drove up to the cricket store in Palm harbor where Caesar helped me get the phone I wanted and transferred all my important information for me and said to come back on Friday for more instructions if I needed to. Now that is customer service

Called Sunday morning November 7. Asked a simple question for help to unlock my phone. The man on the line was very rude and hang up the phone. When I called back he didn’t pick up the phone.
