My wife had trouble deleting an app and it changed her whole phone setup. We went to the Dunedin Store on Main street and Devon fixed it in about 20 seconds. Very professional guy!! Highly Recommend!!

My I-Phone was paid off a few months ago and then I started running out of storage, phone wouldn't take calls, etc. Very frustrated as I am a bit "challenged" on the electronic side. I needed to go in, I had no choice. I usually despise going into places like these, as I really know nothing about phones, just know I need them to text, make calls, e-mail and do a few other simple things. I went in and met "Brandon" who was very knowledgeable, patient and took his time understanding I didn't "get it " like most (younger) people would. I didn't want a bigger phone, so he picked one that would work for me, and then chose a bigger font so I could see it. Told me what size case to order and that when I came back he would set it all up and transfer all data as I had not been able to do it before. He understood that I exactly what I needed and did not try and "push" me into anything else I didn't want. Was kind, on time, efficient, and thorough. Again, he was kind! He did not judge that I didn't know a lot about phones, told me exactly when it would be in, what I could do with my old phone (I asked if I could have it wiped clean and donated to people in emergency situations to call 911) wrote everything down for me and spent way more time than I am sure was necessary, but it saved me from going back with questions. Very great person! Also "Devon" was there, also very kind and friendly. The place was very clean and neat and restrooms were clean. Met the manager whom I complimented on the great team he had working for him. All around a great business/location. ADD: I could have received more off of my new phone, but I chose to go to a "Russell Branch" as they spend more time with you and treat you as a person, not just to get you in and out. Thank you Brandon and Devon for you kindness and support and answering all my questions!

My phone had finally giving out. It was about 7:00pm when I arrived to the Verizon store, and it closes at 8:00pm. When I arrived there were 2 customers ahead of me for 1 employee Devon. So I knew I had some wait. But right away Devon welcomed me to the store and let's me know he is finishing up with the 2 customers that he be back. I am new to Verizon so I had several questions. Devon never made me feel rushed. He was patient, and very helpful. I was really impressed by this young man's customers skill and professionalism. Devon- keep up the good the work, you'll have a bright future ahead.

Charles took great care of me and I couldn’t be happier. He went above and beyond and made sure I got everything transferred even with the transfer issues that kept coming up. He insisted that it is his job to take care of 100% everything and made sure I would have no problems. Also his rep Von was extremely nice and made sure I understood everything happening today.

We had gone into the store for an upgrade. And had the pleasure of meeting Von Barnes. His professionalism, kindness and help was beyond 5 stars. Do yourselves a favor, if you are looking to switch carriers or phones go into this store and ask for Von. He will help you with informative information and the best deals for your money!! Charles was excellent, and knowledgeable. He explained the promotions, and plans in adequate detail. Reiterating it if need be. With the device, he went in-depth with features and even nuances. Aswell with hardware. Assembling my protective glass and Otterbox, he was meticulous. During my setup, a lady came in and also mentioned that she specifically comes to Charles. Would definitely recommend him.

We had an awful experience there today. From the moment we walked there T seemed to be bothered by the presence of customers. Thankfully they didn’t have the 1 terabyte iPhone 13 pro and we didn’t have to endure his rudeness for too long. Maybe he needs retraining on how to help customers, starting with a simple greeting and then showing willingness to bother to help (Starbucks next door can give some tips on customer service). I wouldn’t recommend going there while he’s working, even if this store is the last one standing in Central Florida. Thankfully it’s not, so go else where!

My husband went here last minute one evening recently with a smashed phone. Not only did this store take care of him in replacing his device, he somehow lowered my business cell bill overall and saved me money each month. From what my husband said the owner was EXCELLENT and I know where we will go in the future when we have cell phone needs. High recommend. Thank you!!

This was our first time visiting this location. Upon arriving we were greeted with a friendly hello and were taken care of within 10 minutes. Charles was the only rep for Verizon at this location. He was very professional along with being efficient and friendly. He explained everything to us along with giving us a detailed written copy of what we did with the plan and the new phone that was purchased. We couldn't have ask for better customer service. I would give him 10 stars if that was an option. He is a true asset to the Verizon team. He was exceptional at his job and I really appreciate his kindness and his knowledge. I received the absolute BEST customer service from Charles. Thank you again for doing such an excellent job in taking care of your customers.
