Barely acknowledged. After 5 min. One worker walked over. (2 employees, I was 1 customer when I walked in)Told him what I needed. Walked over and pointed at 1 phone and walked away. I said, "can you tell me about the phone. He said it calls and texts and I can read what it does. He cared more about his mask and distance then helping me. Too many stores to deal with this. Bye.

The girls real slick at this store, I bought a new phone and they sneak on a 50$ phone charger. And when I try to return it there like we don't do returns here

I came into the store a little hesitant, looking for a starter phone for my daughter and Lorena was the sales lady that helped me and I have to say SHE ROCKS, she definitely knows her phones and was super helpful, she made it super easy and was really nice. I ended up getting the IPhone SE and my daughter loved it. I would definitely recommend this store and ask for Lorena!!!

Today we purchased a samsung a12 from probably the best cell phone sales lady I’ve met. She knew everything about the phone and how to work it. Hands down if you need a phone ask for LORENA!!

Each time I went to this non-corporate franchised store, they made "errors." Yesterday's was a $51 error. I've had the same bill for multiple lines for a long time and have the same bill. The guy said he did the math. So, I guess he is not capable of basic math. I had to go all the way up to the corporate store where it was instantly done correctly. When I asked three times for a manager, he ignored me as if I did not speak. I guess he prefers his manager to hear on this review.
