Disrespectful, lacks compassion, yells your private business to other patients. Makes more work for you just because she can. Despite what the doctor prescribes she comes up with all kinds of excuses that she needs to speak to her manager. I have been to the store twice and it has been a horrible experience I do not recommend it and they’re busy and can’t keep what they’re doing straight.

The management here has built a culture that’s so unlike any other Walgreens I’ve been too. Awful location and their ratings continue to show it, Tricia their manager and Tony Nikolich their district manager should reach out to their peers to see why this store is so poorly managed and operated.

Don’t recommend conducting business here. Manager will accuse you of being a money launderer, or cop for trying to add money to your PayPal account. Manager is a scrub.

If I create an appointment online for vaccines, it should be a simple walk in, fill out the paperwork, sit in the cubicle and get the shot(s) requested. Shoulld take at most 20 minutes, right? What I ended up getting was being told I don't qualify for them, but not before they have me sit in the little waiting area for an hour. They are pharmacy technicians, not doctors. They shouldn't have that much power over simple vaccines.

Can’t even get someone on the phone. They leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes. They keep picking up and then back on hold. I have no faith in this pharmacy if they cannot even take a call. Huge red flag.

Called for a FLU shot. Spoke to a Walgreens Estero woman at pharmacy. We explained we didn’t have any insurance. The woman said the shot was FREE even without insurance. Once we got here, we were told without insurance the shot was $45. Scary how incompetent Walgreens Pharmacy employees are at Estero FL location! CUSTOMER BEWARE!

Slowest Vaccine Process Ever. Completely unorganized and you will wait 20 minutes to even check in. Have to fill out paper work online and in person for each dose. Don’t bother - go somewhere else.

First time trying to fill a prescription when out of town, called on a Tues for a refill and was told by a male employee it would be ready Wed. We tried to pick up Thurs and were told at the drive through there was nothing in the system and it would take 72 hours to transfer a prescription. Nice lady at the drive up window but had a hard time understanding her. Finally figured out if we had our doctor call in the prescription they could fill it in the same day, went home and called the doctor. Called Walgreens at 7:45 on that same Thurs. they told us it would be ready at 8:30, we got to the drive through at 8:35, we were 4th in line, after 5 minutes and no activity, I thought given the exhibited incompetence, we should go inside to make sure we would leave with the prescription. My wife went inside at 8:40 and did not walk out until 9:02. This store could not spell customer service if they had a dictionary and two days.

I agree with the other reviewers on the pharmacy being the rudest ever. This is not the first time we have had trouble with the staff. We have been to the store in the past and they have totally ignored us while we stood at the counter and we have had to physically ask for help, to which they act surprised that we were there, and not to mention there were others behind us. Then they act perturbed that we bothered them. We have even had them hide in the back while we were waiting on other visits. Well today, 9/30/218, was the last straw. I had a quick question to ask about a prescription that was waiting for pick up. Every time I tried to call, someone would pick up and hang up the phone. Then I finally got through and held for 28 minutes (it became almost a game); while waiting on my cell for the pharmacy (my cell has a different area code than this area code), I called from a local landline phone and got the actual store. The person answering assured me I wasn't being ignored and said he was just back in the pharmacy and there were no calls on hold. He said he would transfer me to a live person, which as soon as he did, a person miraculously picked up the call from my cell line (which I am assuming the employee told the pharmacy staff I was complaining about holding for almost 30 minutes and to pick up the call). What terrible customer service! This may seem like game to them, but there are lots of folks, especially the elderly, in this area who may not be phone savvy or have two lines to call from - that is very unkind and so very rude. Will definitely be switching pharmacies, and it won't be a Walgreens.
