The cashier with long gray hair was really rude and spoke to me like I was stupid from the beginning of our conversation. When I was told the lottery drawing already ended, she said "Now you can save your $20 and get yourself a grande caramel macchiato with sprinkles!"

Ridiculous not to let paying customers not to use the restroom because your staff is too lazy to clean it… I’ll never shop at another 7/11 again. Completely lost a customer for life because of a lazy rude staff.. maybe get a night staff not to lazy to do their job when you’re unwilling to let people use the restroom because you don’t want to clean it.. hope it’s worth losing customers over a lazy very rude staff..

Manager says receiving cash back cost him $3. This can’t be true. I imagine this is what he charges during his trip to the bank. Their ATM does not function.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My 10 year old had to use the rest room . And the worker had just cleaned it. Now they have two restrooms mind you. And when my husband asked the gentleman why we couldn't use the restroom. He said its out of order. Both restrooms out of order... yeah ok. He laughed and said thats why I only make minimum wage. I didn't think that was funny at all. Thank you 7/11 great customer service.

Went in to make a purchase and use the atm. ATM was out of service so I did cash back option at the register. $10 limit with purchase, so I had to make 2 transactions and was CHARGED TWO DIFFERENT FEES FOR THE SAME AMOUNT BACK! That made absolutely no sense. I was charged $1 and some change the first time and $4 for the second, both were for $10. They don’t even tell you or have a sign for the fees. This is a terrible store and is ran poorly.

Giving fair review. All negative reviews are years old... Tip #1. Do not ask for a manager - you can simply call 7-eleven corporate to issue a concern and they will get it sorted out FAST. Things have gradually improved, but there is room for improvement.

You guys need to put papers in the pump it is an inconvenient to go inside to get the receipt... I can't be spending $30 at a gas station and I can't use the bathroom... What kind of business is this???? Manager was nice enough to address me right at the door but I was not satisfied... Good customer service... Need improvement...

This store is absolutely horrible! The manager, Moe, was completely rude and insulting to me on several occasions. Today, the last time I will ever go into the store, he accused me of stealing a cup of ice. I go into that store everyday and purchase a cup of ice for $0.75 and will bring the cup in later to refill it which I have been told by employees I can do for free as long as I bring the same cup. I brought my cup and got the ice and as I was walking out he yelled at me in front of a store full of customers accusing me of stealing the cup when I tried to explain to him that I brought the cup in he kept cutting me off and continually accusing and yelling at me. I made a complaint to corporate and I hope no one else has to go through that. There were other occasions where he spoke to me in the same manner and I shocked it off but this was absurd and embarrassing

Awful awful store! Stay away from this. A small white girl with no teeth at all refused to help me and upon asking for her manager she stated that “there is no manager for this store and you gotta leave”. I asked inquired why and she stated that “I raised my voice at her” and started to call the cops! I asked why she stated “don’t you feel dumb now?” I informed her to watch her mouth and she shouldn’t be talking to customers like that and she continued to call the cops. I left the property but please be aware that little white girl with the rotten teeth and or no teeth is extremely prejudice and needs to be removed from her position especially if she’s doing CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Food such as bread and milk I will never buy from here! always make sure you check the dates on what you do decided to get. Some workers are very rude and act like they don't want to be there or don't want to associate with people when that's in there job description working at a convenient store. There is better workers there now, the one guy seems to actually care about his job, don't have a long wait now.
