Worst phone service I've ever had, drops calls everywhere, your staff is a bunch of liars saying I have coverage and showing me a map and half the time I cant get service in any of these areas, but you say your sorry, but what about all the lies??????

It's currently 23 minutes AFTER opening time (10AM) & the store is NOT OPEN yet. As of now there is only one employee inside waiting for the manager to arrive, So they can open the store. I understand the security reason of this. However this is so unprofessional on the manager part. Currently waiting in car for Store Manger to arrive to open the store. Hopefully this doesn't take to long. I will have to leave soon, so I can be ready for my job On Time.

I am visiting the area for a few months and was in need of a new phone & provider. Employees took real good care of me. Customer service was top tier, felt like I was being rewarded rather than being bought. Made a phone call to asked about a phone, and who ever answered acted like I wasn't worth their time. Is a phone in stock? "I don't know". Do you know if this other model was in stock? "I really don't know, you just going to have to come in and check" I work for Apple and for someone who works for a mobile phone place tell you they don't know or even try to find the answer for you is insulting.

Lugo and Zach helped me out on a very stressful day of trying to upgrade my old iphone to the latest model and I lucked out since there werent too many people there at the time that I had visited. Lugo was super patient and tried and really made me feel like he did EVERYTHING he could to solve my issues, which ultimately we did!! yay! The guys also helped me put on a new screen protector and case and they were both super professional and really put me at ease since I was kind of a mess that day haha. Thanks so much you guys!!!!

My husband and I were in early yesterday morning and upon arrival were greeted by Sekahni Smith. He continued to help us through the whole process of getting a new phone set up and our monthly plan changed. At times he was assisted by the manager, Princhesca Turner. They were both just a delight and so helpful and patient with two seniors struggling a bit with new technology! So glad they made the experience informative and we even had a few laughs!
