I would not recommend. I had a bad experience, my boyfriend had a bad experience, my daughter got home and her tire was not tightened, almost fell off and yesterday a coworker was telling me about there bad experience. When you have a problem their attitude changes, they become extremely rude and DO NOT make it right. You would have better luck with walmart unfortunately.

I understand having staffing problems but wow. I left my car for three days and didn’t hear back, when I called they said they had one person who could work on it and he had quit for health reasons. They didn’t bother to call me and let me know so I could take it elsewhere. Good if you want your alignment done, but not worth it for anything else.

Plaza Tire always takes such good care of us! Due to some flooding in the area, there was only one guy working on the day I dropped off my truck. I could tell he was frazzled but was still super courteous and got my tire and wheel fixed faster than expected.

We are on a road trip, heading back to California. Our passenger front tire went from 38 to 24 down to 20. Lisa, she is the first face I saw when I walked in. She quickly got our car in because if we parked it, the tire would be flat and then we would ruin the rim just to pull it into the garage. Mark got the glass shard out of the tire and patched up. We greatly appreciate your swiftness, kindness and understanding! THANK YOU Lisa and Mark!!!!!

I called to get a tire quote and they were able to put 4 new tires on my car that very same day and with the 4th of July weekend coming up in just a couple of days I thought I'd have to wait till at least the next week. Shout out to Brian J (manager) who was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return for any other auto needs 🙂

People at the counter are very nice. They have an after hours let drop box and they are very quick however they do overcharge both for parts and labor. A job they quoted at $460 my brother was able to do himself with $50 in parts and less than an hour of time.

Quick to get in and out. I called and dropped off my 2012 CRV Saturday. I told them I could wait till Wednesday for my car back. They were done by noon on Monday. 4 new tires, an alignment, oil change and air filters plus a loose draglink. $1100. I will be going back to them for future services.

Brian very good communication skills..got new tires in 3 days. Car parked in safe area ..the two partially used tires placed in back of the suv vehicle without begging..will take 2 other fiats in next few days..

Very reasonably priced and very thorough. Was pleased with the quality/price of tires and updates on the process as I was waiting. No extra sales pitches just knowledgeable matter of fact answers when I had questions which I liked. I will be back, it was a good experience in a stressful situation (was on a donut tire because one had blown).

Customer service was excellent. Very quick service and had the tires I needed on hand. I was traveling from out of state and had already been to 2 places that either didn’t have the tires or they didn’t have a slot available. Staff was very friendly.
