When you say free tablet it should be free. At least tell people it's free but there is a tax and turn on fee. So they know to make sure they have the money and not look stupid getting everything set up and u say 30 bucks. And I don't have the money. When I hear free I expect to walk out the door paying nothing

Scammed my daughter out of an extra 35.00 paid cash. The manager would not supply a proper receipt. The bill should have been 73.00 at most. He charged 108 and added a cord onto the bill she didn't purchase. Called metro, they said they could see the bill itself and it was 73.00 and other items not purchased was on there.

This particular store has the absolute worst employee I have ever seen, he was rude to the customer ahead of us for over an hour while he tried to upsell him every few minutes until the man was so irritated by the time he left the store I thought he might punch him. Then it was my turn and he was talking down to me and rude right off the bat and made a derogatory comment about the previous customer not being able to make up his mind. I asked a question and got an immediate rude response and I said, no thank you I'll try another store, which I did but on hearing that he got extremely rude and belligerent. I will never go back to that store again! Extremely bad customer service!!!

Second time coming to this metro neither of which were good experiences this time however i can safely say that i will never bring my business here again after waiting an hour for assistance the store associate bypassed me to help someome who had just walked in this experience left me felling discriminated against and deeply disgusted
