I can now use my new iPhone 13 and new Apple Watch and my husband can use his new Apple Watch too!!! Very grateful to Jacob for knowing exactly what to do! He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Felt all staff who were working with other customers were great too. Will definitely go to this AT&T store from now on.

I went to turn in my old phone. At first, all service people were busy with customers. One by one slowly finished with their customers and walked to the back of the store to never return. Then, the 2 only customer service people left (the store is now empty of customers) decided to start talking about 'where to get Halloween costumes online' instead of helping me! The time before, the store manager made sure I was taken care of and asked to give the service agent a '5' on a survey. Not this time!

Wish I could remember the salesman‘s name but, they do not print you any paperwork to show you anything (which I should have demanded). In December 2021 I walked in to add a line and upgrade a phone, I was told by the salesman that he could upgrade my plan to where this would only change my plan $15/mo. Well it’s been $75/mo more ever since, up until this month August 2022 I have had to call in every month for them to credit my account. This month I was told if I couldn’t remember exactly what the salesman said I was out of luck. I won’t ever walk out of another ATT store without a detailed printout!

We have had a problem with AT&T losing our trade in phones and we never received our credit on our account. After countless hours with customer support and being told they cannot do anything about it, they referred us to contact the store we did the transaction at, which was this one. When we traded in the phones they gave us a box with their own shipping label and we dropped it off at the carrier that they chose. I have called multiple times and have been told the manager will contact me. I still have yet to receive a call and I cannot go in store because I have moved out of state. Our phones value was over $1000 and we are out of that money on top of paying a phone bill that is double what we originally signed up for. We have submitted a complaint to the BBB.

When we walked in we were ready to cancel our service with AT&T. Matthew took care of us, found the way to made us change our minds, and we got 2 new samsung s22 plus with him and he made us to change our opinion about AT&T. His service deserves a 5☆☆☆☆☆ he went above and beyond. It's a different experience there It's a personalized service based on the customer needs. He is clear and honest, respectful and funny, very professional. I will recommend this store for your AT&T needs. Thank you Matthew
