Buyer beware! We opted for one of their phone and internet bundle. Total scam. Had to return. No service in our community at all after we were told there was service. Store Staff was supposed to refund our card and stop service but didn't. Had to spend more time with corporate to get that done.T mobile tried to charge a restocking fee of $75.A fee for no service? That's fraud. We were told our refund could take 1-2 billing cycles. Feel like we were scammed. Be warned. Just because they say a tower nearby doesn't mean there's service for phone and internet. Store suggested a booster. Corporate said no booster available. Wires crossed there. UPDATE still waiting for refunds. Keep getting the run around from Tmobile. Now we got a collection letter for for $761.82 for the phone we returned within the proper time frame and never used. Note..we never had any service at out home. The store lied. We returned everything immediately. At this point I'm going to get an attorney. Nice thing in fL we get legal costs back including treble damages.

While the employees of this store are great and friendly, and I will say that Tmobile has amazing customer service and care, their cell phone service sucks. It's beyond garbage. If you live in Jupiter or travel north to Stuart, or travel most anywhere in Stuart, especially near 95 or west of 95, forget about it, as service and coverage is non existing. The amount of dead spots and the amount of zero cell service is really mind blowing, considering this is 2022. I should have known when they said they acquired all of Sprints towers, as Sprint was the worst of the worst. I see people with Xfinity mobile and Metro PCS who have far better coverage than TMobile. Don't get roped on with the idea of low cost plans, and free phones. My cell phone bill is $17 a month less than what Verizon was, and service is 20% of what Verizon was. Save the headaches and avoid Tmobile. They may be great elsewhere, and they may be great in city areas. But if you spend ample time driving or find yourself heading west at all.....stay away from them. They wanted to give me a home signal booster. When I said how will that help when I'm 50 miles away from home in the middle of the state, they had no answer besides no towers will be up every year. Uhhhhh um no. Doesn't work. You failed to deliver on what was promised and now your customer service that was outstanding, is now showing its true colors. Stay away from Tmobile if you want any service. It's Garbage.

Ok, BEST BEST CREW of EMPLOYEES, and the Manager Eric is fantastic! They are beyond knowledgeable, professional, patient... can't say more about the business acumen these guy and gals have. Eric needs to be promoted ASAP. ASAP ASAP. *and no I do not know any of them, I just needed a new phone. Camillo and Nick helped me on two seperate occasions as well as my parents. They Rock, hands down know their sh#t. Camillo is so on it that he finishes my issue before me saying 2 words... Rockstars. I will go out of my way to buy products from this particular store and stop in to say hi. TMobile, take this crew and RUN them up the corporate flagpole..... And have them take off the stupid masks. -John D

*** great customer service*** I did had my worst customer service experience ever in a nearby store, and after the Tmobile store lady send me out the store to anyother store around, I end up in this store. Camilo did greet me and after letting me vent and apologizing for the other store situation, he offered all the help to get the purchase done. The customer service spirit was great. He solve the issue and got all done in less time than the argument lasted on the other store. Thanks to camilo and the team on this store you still have happy customers after that nightmare. Great job Camilo and the team!!

If customer service is so important, then this is the store you want to go to . They make sure the customer feels so important. I have been a Tmobile customer for years, so trust me when I tell you I felt welcome to be there... Gabby and Rob helped me and she made sure I was happy with my purchase. It is always a pleasure to go to a store and the service was that good and I would definitely recommend that location and Gabriella and Rob to serve you...

Terrible place to do business!!! After spending more than an hour with the salesperson... and switching from Sprint to T-Mobile... I was I formed that the Samsung S21 Ultra was not available... EVEN TO ORDER!!! So their $800.00 to trade in offer is a scam... unless You want the ONLY phone they have available... which is the one with the smallest amount of storage (it doesn't have external storage capability)

Customer service is so important, how you make a customer feel is important. I went today to look for a new phone, I have been a customer for years. Two girls there with a client. Not one even looked at me, said anything or acknowledged me for the three minutes I walked around, checking phones...I left. Many other places where saled people have a mininum of courtesy training. Call me old fashioned.

Love this store!! Everybody is always patient, kind and helpful! No high pressure sales tactics, very customer service oriented!! I'm technologically impaired and my granddaughter messed with my phone leaving me unable to make or receive calls. Tried to resolve it on my own, spent hours trying, finally took my phone to this store and they fixed it in an instant, no charge.

I have been with T mobile for 13 years and I don't like going into their retail stores. However, I have visited this store multiple times to resolve issues I couldn't handle over the phone. Most of the staff is well versed and trained in all of T-mobiles products and solutions. Management is also attentive to customer needs. I believe they deserve 5 stars when compared to other T-mobile stores.
