It is nearly impossible to call this place and talk to a live person. For that reason although I'd like to shop here I will do everything in my power to never have to spend a dime here again!

They have the worst pharmacy! The male pharmacist is the WORST! He discriminates, and lies. I wouldn’t recommend this store/pharmacy to anyone. There are several other drug stores, that will happily help you. This is not one of them. The store manager is no better. She is also a liar.

This pharmacy is garbage. Every time I submit a refill they’ll begin to process it, then they’ll say that the medicine is on order, and then a few days later when I check the CVS application for the status of the refill, it’ll suddenly say “Ready For Refill” as if I never had submitted a refill at all. I reported them to corporate headquarters.

Not good customer service. The store asst. Manager had to make excuse for another employee. I was late for a covid test. While they took other people in early(30 min), freeing up slots, they refused to take me. The CVS employee was claiming she didnt want to stay late and this always happens. What the CVS employee didnt know was the person she took in early told me his time slot. So they were not behind at all and could have easily taken me in without staying late.

Chris and Chris, the pharmacists, are spectacular, highly knowledgeable, patient, kind and on top of thing should you communicate with them openly and frequently. I trust them very much. CC as well. She’s a pharmacy tech who’s also a hard worker who’s very kind and patient. It may take 1-3 hours to get a fresh script filled but if it’s urgent they’d be happy to attend to your medication ASAP. I’ve known them all closely for a decade. I love them!

I've switchd to this CVS some time ago because of its less hectic atmosphere. While bagging about 8 bottles of supplements, one bottle got left behind at the checkout counter. Having discovered the shortage the next day I went back and told the cashier my story, presenting my receipt. The cashier went into action immediately without ever doubting my claim. The particular bottle couldn't be located and the manager was summoned. Ms.Madeleine apologized and promised to replace the missing bottle once an expected shipment would come in that night, since the store was out of my particular supplement. As promised, I was reminded by the store the next day twice to please pick up my replacement. The Manager noticed that I even was shorted a bottle because of a two for one sale and my receipt only showed one. Two bottles were waiting for me instead of the one that got lost in the shuffle the day before. I wont forget what kind of service this store and its employees are willing to render, and on good faith at that.

Minute Clinic CVS here offers great service. Nurse Practitioner, Gudrun, is the best medical professional I've encountered in the area. She's knowledgeable and delivers results. I'm so happy I'm using CVS as my choice for medical assistance and prescription service.

Greg the manager can not handle a coupon or check and should not be a manager!!!! A manager should have a degree and know how to handle issues. MADDI NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE! If anything Faith should took Greg’s position cause she knew how to handle coupons and checks. Everytime my husband goes in there is a huge issue on how these employees don’t know how to handle coupons or checks!!! So now I will be reporting everytime there is an issue until things get resolved!!!

Tyler is always willing to help resolve any problems and keep customers up to date on store operations. He’s always so pleasant! Most of the staff is quite nice actually and they take care of the store very well. My only complaint is that there is another manager there, whom I don’t know his name, that says incredibly inappropriate things in front of customers. He needs training on customer relations as well as employee relations. That is why the store gets 4 stars.

Quaint CVS is packed with all kinds of things you may need for really, comfort, or indulgence. The associates were quiet but courteous. The place had a relaxed yet friendly vibe. I did not use the pharmacy.
