This is probably the best pawn shop in all of South Florida. The customer service, The floor presentation, the cleanliness and the management is top notch. This store is always willing to work with you on prices and will give you automatic discounts if you post a google review inside the store. They’ll literally buy anything off of you to help you out because of the Covid epidemic. Overall a great experience.

I stop by the pawn shop today and I had a blast with Cassandra Rafael Celez and Zoraima Blanco . I got a great paint sprayer on layaway and was great. I got some got dogs and a soda and a great time. This place is awesome and is all clean . Thank you guys.

I found a fishing rod n reel set that seemed like a nice set at a reasonable price of $39. They even let me talk them down to $35 so I left feeling like I got a deal. When I was at Walmart later on and I saw the exact rod n real for $24.99 and that was not a mark down or anything. So buyer beware of this business. I was told that they won't do anything so I'm just going to have to be okay with being overcharged by these people.

Friendly staff who were more than willing to help. Ask for Armando! I purchased a bike there and got a great deal, he was super patient. Even when I asked to look at almost all the bikes! He patiently helped me find the bike I needed. Will definitely go back..

I've always been hesitant about buying or selling at pawn shops but i have to say once i walked in i was greeted with happy friendly smiles. I went to buy a lap top for my son was helped by Alysia. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help. She offered other stuff in the store. Great service thank you Alysia my son loves his lap top. I always recommend this pawn shop. Yes i have been back and will continue coming back.

I used to own a pawn shop. However I still buy at pawn shops and Cash America on 192 is my favorite. Maritza is a wonderful person to work with. She treats everyone with dignity and respect. She always offers if you can't buy it cash today you can put it on layaway. And I have bought a lot of jewelry from Cash America through her. All the employees there are great I give them a thumbs up. 👍

I just started selling items to pawn shops and this is the best place ever. I tried value pawn but was treated like I stole my own stuff. When I went in I was greeted by Armando. When I showed him the items i had to sell he gave me a great price for my stuff. He gave me even more than what I expected. Great experience will continue to do business at this location.
