A few of the staff bend over backwards to help me out because I am in a scooter, but most of them don't care plus the last time I was in there I noticed that the prices are going up. No longer will everything be a dollar. A few items in the store like the cards are 2/$1, but just about everything else is a $1.25. Granted I may still shop there from time to time, but it won't be the same knowing that I am no longer shopping at the Dollar Tree.

Never have I recieved better customer service in a retail store! Stacy and Ismelda we extraordinarily helpful! After helping me find boxes to transport about 5 dozen glasses, they even walked them out to my car for me. Keep up the amazing work ladies, you make the Dollar Tree in Lake Wales stand out above the rest!

Clean store but a little cluttered. The cashier was very helpful and showed me where an item was located. This store carries many name brands. I was able to find mist of the items one list. Nice drinking glasses and dinnerware. All patrons had on a face mask.

A few days before Christmas my daughter and I stopped in. She ran in while I sat in the car in front of the store. While she was in the store both employees were wearing masks. However, both of them had their masks below their mouth or under their chin. My daughter was not the only customer at the time. She and the other customer both had their masks on.

Clean store but a little low on merchandise. However after speaking to associate I understood why. Great friendly workers always.

Very nice staff.. Clean.. Store is well stocked.. Oh yeah and every item is price at no more than a dollar... " everything's a Dollar " doesn't mean you can buy the entire inventory for one single dollar like I had hoped.. So that's why I can't give a 5 star review...

I go in the morning, not too busy. I walk in and always greeted a "welcome to the Dollar Store". Store appears to be ran by good management, never a line as some Dollar Stores will have. They stock their items properly and never bulk boxes in the middle of the isles as I said, other Dollar Stores not this one. See you guys soon when I need my toiletries and cleaning supplies.
