Eric Garcia which I believe is the manager here "Greeted" me as I walked in for a prior set up appointment. He was aggressive and insisted I do what he suggested. I wanted to sit for my appointment first. He became agitated and rude. He kept calling me a female name even after I tried to correct him. As I went to sit and wait for my appointment he walked away insulting me in Spanish. He is of Latino decent and also made negative comment's about Americans. He told his coworker to give me a hard time and that's exactly what he did. Mr. Garcia listened the whole time and the second time I asked why the worker was being so difficult Mr. Garcia approached me again in an aggressive manner to which I ended up leaving and going to another location were they were very nice and helpful. Just my opinion though I believe Mr. Garcia is racist from his negative comment's about Americans he said in Spanish. Avoid this location at all costs. Especially if you're a American born person. This location has been declining steadily for 10 year's. 70% of the current workers are just nasty. Seems like Mr. Garcia is making a hostile environment when it comes to dealing with Americans that speak English.

The hours online say they're open on saturday and "Confirmed by business 3 days ago". Take the drive there and the door is locked and the sign says "closed on Saturdays"

The wait is very long. Also they show online and on the doors that they open at 9am but that's a lie. The lobby doesn't open until 2pm. So if you need to speak with a banker or get something notarized at the bank do not go until 2pm and expect to spend the rest of your day there.

Is their website their phone number all state they are open at this location from 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturday like the rest of Bank of America inc of america it is a total failure... Customer service is just as useless as the institution itself itself

I drove all the way here to make a deposit at 11 am. I was told by security there are no employees working and they would hopefully show up in the next 20 to 25 minutes.

Unfortunately I have to come to this Bank of America every Saturday and every time I come, there are over 15 customers waiting in line and only one or two tellers who work at their leisure. It is the worst experience I have ever encountered at Bank of America. You would think that if there was this much business on the weekends that they would make sure to accommodate their customers by having AT LEAST three tellers working.
