We opened a joint checking account. Marcellus Jean, Jr. was the most helpful and most friendly bank professional ever. He opened the account quickly, helped me set up my TD app, and gave more forms to send to the social security administration and our pension providers and gave a debit card on the spot. Worst bank ever. No sense of customer service whatsoever. Reached out to customer care regarding a matter that couldn’t be handled at the branch level, and still have yet to receive a response. Do not do business with this bank, they should change their slogan to America’s most inconvenient bank.

Horrible experience! I waited for over an hour. Not one person asked what I needed or anything for that matter. I am new in town. I have to say after waiting for so long, I left. Went to PNC and so glad I did. Opened an account. I was in and out in less than an hour. IMO, TD should take lessons

Wish I could Give a 0 stars! Charge customs $10 to cash a check when the employer banks with them! Also asked if we had cashed this check before? How do you cash a check twice! Will NEVER due business with this bank again!

Tellers are great very helpful and quick..Customer service on the other hand tends to be 🐌..only 2 people helping people with problems with accounts etc..I guess they are not that interested in walk up or new business..

This location deserves 0 stars for its completely lacking in customer service & basic knowledge of TD’s procedures. We visited this location on Sunday afternoon to open an account. There were only 2 people in the bank & 1 person designated to open accounts. The woman Veronica was rude & displayed an attitude an annoyance that we were there to open a new account 45 mins prior to closing. She insisted the documentation we had to open the account would not suffice as it did not meet their criteria. Upon leaving I contacted TD’s customer service department who advised we did have the proper identification that was needed. To take it a step further I contacted another local location who also confirmed the same. The following day we visited a different location who accepted the same forms of identification that Veronica insisted wasn’t sufficient! If you can’t execute simple functions of your job like giving accurate information in a professional manner, you shouldn’t be in the customer service industry. If you visit this location you can also expect an extended wait time & losing your place in line due to their unorganization.

Been banking with TD for over 6 years and never ever encountered a problem...friendly courteous staff...very efficient....and even though I am never able to keep more than $100 at a time in the bank it is worth every maintenance fee to feel comfortable with my banker
