I like this branch! Every time I come here everybody is very friendly and helpful! They do try to take care of the customer as quick as they can. Inside is very clean, roomy with all new equipment.

I have no idea why people have given bad reviews. I cash my paycheck here every week and the customer service is great. I don't have a chase account and I get charged but that's at all Chase's. I deposit my rent here every month (2 years now) and no problems. Deposit slips are right in front. They handle multi nationalities. I would switch but have been with my bank for years. Good branch good people.

I've been banking with Chase for 3 years now. I only use the Lake Worth location because the assistant VP Vicki Davis is the best! Personable reliable helpful friendly, I always look forward to seeing her whether I have an issue or not.

Since the rebuild, THIS BANK HAS NO TELLERS. It's all fancy ATMs. If you're not an account holder and need to, say, deposit your rent, you have to ask a staff member for a deposit slip (they don't have them out for you to get your own), then you fill it out and the employee has to GO OUT BACK and bring you a receipt some time later. WTH, Chase.

What kind of Bank doesn't possess a RESTROOM for the Customers?? Disgusting. I just opened up a brand new account and wasn't even permitted to use the Employees bathroom. No one is. I am Legally Blind and had to have someone escort me across the busy highway, in 100°, to use a filthy gas station facility. Horrifying.
