This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. The inside has been permanently closed so they only have the drive thru. Their ATM doesn’t accept cash deposits half the time. ~Mike

Eric Garcia which I believe is the manager here "Greeted" me as I walked in for a prior set up appointment. He was aggressive and insisted I do what he suggested. I wanted to sit for my appointment first. He became agitated and rude. He kept calling me a female name even after I tried to correct him. As I went to sit and wait for my appointment he walked away insulting me in Spanish. He is of Latino decent and also made negative comment's about Americans. He told his coworker to give me a hard time and that's exactly what he did. Mr. Garcia listened the whole time and the second time I asked why the worker was being so difficult Mr. Garcia approached me again in an aggressive manner to which I ended up leaving and going to another location were they were very nice and helpful. Just my opinion though I believe Mr. Garcia is racist from his negative comment's about Americans he said in Spanish. Avoid this location at all costs. Especially if you're a American born person. This location has been declining steadily for 10 year's. 70% of the current workers are just nasty. Seems like Mr. Garcia is making a hostile environment when it comes to dealing with Americans that speak English. ~Millwright

Excellent service from Thiago. He was very efficient, friendly and patient. The branch was clean and well-maintained, even though it was nearing closing time. I was very skeptical about trying this branch after reading so many bad reviews, it I was pleasantly surprised. ~Esteban

I like this branch! Every time I come here everybody is very friendly and helpful! They do try to take care of the customer as quick as they can. Inside is very clean, roomy with all new equipment. ~Constantin

These white people at that bank are racist no customer service rude and nasty people even that one black girl is rude I guess those white people rube off on her don’t go to that bank if you black or brown color. ~Napoleon

A long wait for to go, but all the food was very good. We had many of the taco varieties, all of which were good (al pastor, fajita steak, birria). I also recommend the choriqueso, which was an excellent replacement as a side and came with perfectly fried and seasoned chips! ~Paul

We opened a joint checking account. Marcellus Jean, Jr. was the most helpful and most friendly bank professional ever. He opened the account quickly, helped me set up my TD app, and gave more forms to send to the social security administration and our pension providers and gave a debit card on the spot.
