5 Best atm in Lake Worth, Florida (FL) 2024

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. The inside has been permanently closed so they only have the drive thru. Their ATM doesn’t accept cash deposits half the time. ~Mike

I like this branch! Every time I come here everybody is very friendly and helpful! They do try to take care of the customer as quick as they can. Inside is very clean, roomy with all new equipment. ~Constantin

These white people at that bank are racist no customer service rude and nasty people even that one black girl is rude I guess those white people rube off on her don’t go to that bank if you black or brown color. ~Napoleon

We opened a joint checking account. Marcellus Jean, Jr. was the most helpful and most friendly bank professional ever. He opened the account quickly, helped me set up my TD app, and gave more forms to send to the social security administration and our pension providers and gave a debit card on the spot. I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I had called to confirm my appointment but long story short, I called the wrong bank but Will went above and beyond to assist me with exactly what needed to be done and he scheduled me in the same day as I needed to open an account. I arrived minutes before my appointment and finally met Will in person and he introduced me to Albert which was the gentleman that was going to assist me in opening the account. He answered every question I had and was also welcoming to answer more. I was comfortable enough to proceed and he explained everything to me while going through the the entire process. He was super thorough, from documents to online/mobile banking, he walked me through it all. Overall, Will and Albert were super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this location simply due to the interaction between these two. ~Wil
