I had a very pleasant experience at this location. I had called to confirm my appointment but long story short, I called the wrong bank but Will went above and beyond to assist me with exactly what needed to be done and he scheduled me in the same day as I needed to open an account. I arrived minutes before my appointment and finally met Will in person and he introduced me to Albert which was the gentleman that was going to assist me in opening the account. He answered every question I had and was also welcoming to answer more. I was comfortable enough to proceed and he explained everything to me while going through the the entire process. He was super thorough, from documents to online/mobile banking, he walked me through it all. Overall, Will and Albert were super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this location simply due to the interaction between these two.

My Facebook was hacked with my personal chase card detail, so I went into the bank to get a new card which I was helped by a nice man. Then the next day I go back in to deposit money since I do not have a card still (since I’m waiting for my new card for 5 business days). I was standing in line waiting my turn and the window clerk was finishing up her station she yells” NEXT” which I ignored at first maybe I heard her wrong. Then I get up to her i say “hi, I need to make a deposit” she says u need a debit card. I explain that I don’t have one. She throws a deposit paper at me, rolls her eyes and walked away. I said “excuse me?” She said “fill it out!!!” Then I did waiting for her to come back she is just flipping through papers having me wait on purpose at this point. So I start picking up my cash and started turning to leave and she goes I guess I’ll take you now. I said no that’s fine your to busy obviously she says have a great day. Completely rude. Her name is Waleska. Very disrespectful and should not work with people. My fist review in my 30 years.

Teller was very rude. Waited until I walked up and said, "Hi, how are you?" to say "Hold on" and walked away, then acted like I was putting her out when I asked for a withdrawal. They did not have the money I needed, even though I called ahead of time to make sure it was available for use. I ended up taking out what they would let me and she complained to another worker the entire time about a rude customer and how she treats people nice who treat her nice... What happened to good customer service?

This is the worst service I've ever received at this bank. The lady in the drive through is not polite at all. She rolled her eyes at me because I asked her to repeat herself. WORST WORST SERVICE. she didn't even ask me what kind of change did I want for my withdraw. I'm very disappointed about this place.

Tried to get two items notarized which needed a witness. The branch manager refused to find a way to get it done. "Can't ask an employee. Can't ask a customer either. Sorry...". Stick to your purity test, I'll stick to another bank.

They had no tellers because one was booked and someone was on lunch we had just come in and asked to see a banker. The teller told us that we could come bk and hed probley be free. Then he was on lunch... the other banker came to ask us what was wrong and that she wouldnt be able to help us atall and hed be bk in a hour. We called another bank to get help and they told us to come over to the one near the mall and they could help us via teller.... Which we couldnt at this bank hopefully the other bank goes better. This is all on the bank persons birthday and weve been waiting 4 days gor a check to go through the system. It halted all her transations so she couldnt recieve her pay check or her pay pal....

Incompetent branch manager Ricky Pelland and rude, unprofessional no name female teller. Banking is 99% customer service and they should not be in the position to represent Chase. Long story short, no name teller made a very rude comment and branch manager defended her instead of apologizing and saying that it will be handled.
