Excellent service from Thiago. He was very efficient, friendly and patient. The branch was clean and well-maintained, even though it was nearing closing time. I was very skeptical about trying this branch after reading so many bad reviews, it I was pleasantly surprised.

What a nightmare trying to transfer funds to a new account. Keep waiting for codes from corporate. Was at this branch for a long time two weeks ago. They couldn't get the job done. Back today, and still waiting hours. This has been an unnecessarily dreadful experience that still isn't over. PLEASE HELP!

First off they let someone fraudulently withdraw over 8,000 dollars from my 18yr. Old sons account, that was not active since may 2021. Did not notify I us until we went up there and still no investigation is taking place. Strike 1. Secondly I ordered checks on December 2021. Spent $30 ordering checks. Here we are in March 2022 and I still have not received my checks. I cannot even get a representative on live chat to assist me. This is deplorable and I am disappointed and highly disgusted with Bank of America’s customer service and policies.

Worst bank ever,no branches open near me,the ones that are open have no drive thru open. They closed all drive thru's 3 years ago,I have my mortgage thru them never had to pay for checks or safe deposit box or services. Now they have taken all that away from me....wells Fargo is looking good.

Complete lack of customer service. Find yourself a local bank and get that personal service that you are looking for. These large national banks lack that. Not to mention the excessive fees they charge. These days there is no need for a bank that has a national presence when you can do everything online and via a local app. I have now officially closed all of my personal accounts with them.

We had to wait over an hr while there were still 4 people in front of us just to wait for a notary and there were other associates around and no one was helping their team member who was clearly swamped. You would think with everything going on they would have come up with an efficient process so that too many people would not need to wait around for so long.

The slowest bank I have ever experienced. In line 15 minutes while the tellers take their sweet time - employees are sitting in empty offices behind the line. They don't have any regard for providing timely competent service. They answer long questions at the teller window rather than going to sit down with a banker. ATROCIOUS waste of time!
