Edible arrangements has just gone done in quality and everything. This store closes at 5, I got there at 450, which I get is 10 mins before closing but I just needed to pick up a last minute gift. It was already closed. So frustrating as I had to rush to the store from work. You can’t even call to tell them you are coming and to please wait because it takes you to like customer service and not the actual store. I tried to order an arrangement last week for delivery and literally last minute it was cancelled with no explanation as to why. Edible arrangement as a whole is garbage.

Sad experience at this store. I ordered a large order with fruit and flowers. The flowers were not sent and when I called she said”they didn’t call you ,we ran out of flowers “ really?? No call no communication and no customer service. This place has lost my business. Still waiting to hear back 3 days later after I emailed you with my order. Why am I surprised?? If it’s the 10$ off coupon I definitely will never order again. Update 2 weeks later and no reply at all. Avoid this place at all cost!!

I called the day before delivery to make sure this was done by a time my mom would be home. A very nice lady confirmed this would be done by 3pm. This is the second time this store didn't do what they said they would. I also left specific delivery notes. Terrible service. Terrible customer service responsibility. Don't use this store.

Do not order from this location!! I placed an order to be delivered on Thursday, it was “out for delivery” until Sunday. I called to find out what was going on, was told I’d receive a call back within 48 hours, that didn’t happen so I called back again. The lady told me that she wasn’t working but she would call me in “just a few minutes” because she was going to contact who was working. That was 6 hours ago!! I still don’t know why it took days to be delivered or if it was even fresh when it finally got delivered.m ***Update: as you can see below they asked me to email/call, I did - no response via e-mail. I was sent a chocolate/fruit bouquet for my birthday in September by a friend. The delivery person called the wrong contact number although the sender left my cell phone. Delivery left fruit in front of my door outside on ground a 90 degree day. The cooler bag it was in was old dirty and broken zipper. Really gross. By the time I arrived home it was half melted and fruit soggy. I called the store to tell them and person working was uninterested, rude. I almost threw the whole thing away.. NEVER get from this location.
