The "free guest pass" is a tactic to get you in the door then they say start a membership and its refundable during three day grace period . Its a grace period, not a free guest pass. Had to put money down , so def not free and by appointment only. I dont like their script, i like the place tho. Shallow pool

Good for WEEKENDS only. Weekdays between 2-close are packed and everything is taken. But other then that good machines and clean gym. As a swimmer, and consistently swimming. It's a 3 lane pool. Small but good width for long wing spand swimmers especially butterfly. No clipping my fingers on lane lines.

They need to do something with the basketball courts which stay closed, after some people from outside the community shot it up. It's super crowded in the evenings. Maybe they can add a few kick boxing bags like the Canal street location. Never any paper towels. But, the customer service is good and they do okay with what they have

This is by far the dirtiest Esporta Fitness center. As soon as you walk in, the smell of feet and BO hits you. The equipment is greasy and sticky all the time. I felt so disgusted! I had to leave. Please keep up with the cleanliness and maintenance.

Over crowded most of the time. Staff favorite certain individuals and give different treatments. Free weights all over the place without frequent clean up. It is what it is. Very spacious with adequate machines which is what I go for.

The first time I asked, one of the ladies said it’s because people keep taking them. Ok? I asked again today and they said they’ll let Iris the manager know because she already left. I’m sure it’s not the manager’s job to restock paper towels but I hope Iris and her team can figure this out. Maybe leave a key to the stocking room? Aside from this issue, staff here is very helpful and friendly.

Dumbbell racks are always empty, the little weights that are there are not in the correct place, the rest are scattered throughout the gym. Same goes for the bars, everywhere except on the benches. You could waste half your time here just gathering what you need to workout. Trainers are always just gathered up like a social club. It shows that no one cares about this place, definitely not the manager. Signup somewhere else.

Don't let them sell you on a personal trainer because you'll be locked into a contract that you won't be able to get out of until it's done or you have to pay 50% to get out! They sell you on a free personal training session when you first sign up and that's how they get you! This place hurts the community and who knows how many non English speaking people they've tricked into getting a personal trainer. I've been patient and tried to be reasonable but at this point it's ridiculous.
