I would have thought each individual building would have a cart to load in and out. Had to go all the way to the front office from the rear building to get one.......150 yards away.

Patricia took great care of us from the beginning. She walked us through our options keeping our budget in mind. We decided to use an enclosed unit to store our car but didn't even realize we needed to prevent mold even though we had a similar situation before, she was quick to remind us and prevent a bad experience. This location has great people, who take customer care very seriously and have the knowledge to help you make an informed decision regarding your storing needs.

I needed climate control storage and I called Public Storage. I called and spoke with Patricia and she had the perfect space available in my time requirement. Not only was she super helpful but she was very sweet and had answers to all of my questions. I feel very safe and comfortable knowing that nice people are managing my stuff!!! This place is nasty. I am taking my 5 star review back. Take a look at these pictures of the roof leaking. This place is falling apart, smells funny, and has bugs. Possibly molded. Good luck, we are leaving.
