Not good NOT bad, I go, sometimes for specific things, sometimes just to walk around. I find there is NO help and usually only one checkout. My biggest problem is I can't get anymore BELLINAS SWEET RED PEPPER STRIPS! Some guy buys out all 6 jars, Iv seen him do it! NOT FAIR to other customers.Iv also seen people buy out shelves of goods and use a tax I.D. business card. Thought these stores were for families???

It was fine. Couldn't find everything I was looking for. There was the nicest lady that was working the check out. Very friendly.

Overall I love Dollar Tree as a company, but this particular location is horrible. The staff obviously has a management problem. Everyone there (INCLUDING THE MANAGER) is more interested in standing around the front. They lean against whatever will hold them up and either text or make calls. And if they actually ARE working it's at a snail's pace...actually snails would probably stock merchandise quicker. The other main problem is that they yell across the store to get each other's attention, and they dress like total slobs. I could keep going... Then there's the problem of it always looks like a bomb went off in there. Items are always hot where they're supposed to be, or it's on the floor, or it's still in boxes and no one is in a rush to put anything away. When they first opened up the store was great and I loved going there, especially since it's right down the street. Now I drive PAST the store to go to another one that's further and out of my way. I really hope they get new people in there...HOPEFULLY CORPORATE IS READING THIS, along with the many other bad reviews.It really is a shame 🤔

Customer service does not exist in this store workers argue in front of customers like cat and dogs and get customers involved ! This store need more efficient staff there is not one time that I have visited the store that there has been more than two employees in the store ! Also nothing against older ppl but the ones in this store are very nasty to the customers there a blond lady and another older lady with dark brown hair that could care less about the employees they definitely need to be re train ! Only reason why I come here is because is right next to where I live. Face one star because giving -5 is not an option

Worst dollar tree ever!! The place is a mess and you can barely get through the line without moving boxes. The people definitely had an attitude, and no one was working. Maybe one line was open for about the 6 or 7 people in line. I do not recommend.

The staff is always very kind and who care if the store is being stocked during the day or if they have a "management problem"... it's the dang Dollar Tree. Get your cheap a$$ stuff and carry on with your day. It's a dollar store, not Macy's.

Asked for a shopping cart and was told they are probably in the parking lot and to get it if I wanted. Then I asked for help finding an item and 2 employee ignored me and said it’s probably out. Every time I ask for assistance the employees look the other way! This place is a mess and obviously don’t care about servicing their customers.

Today I visited to get several items. The place is very messy but it happens and I expect that by now. However, the lack of professionalism from management was terrible. The manager was in her office today cursing several times complaining about her employees. She was extremely loud and it’s only 9am! So tacky.

Go there often. Usually have what I want @ good $. Staff is fantastic. Treat you like a friend. Manager is great guy. Talks to customers, stacks shelves, works hard. Feel good when I leave & saved $.

Looking for frames I purchased at another location this past July. However, I just can't find the same item anymore and I have checked every store that I have gone past. Better buy when you see it because things sell fast. You can't beat $1.
