I’ve been coming here for many years and have always had a good experience. John was very helpful and things went smoothly. However over the last year I have had too many negative experiences. I thought maybe it was new staff that wasn’t trained and I kept using the pharmacy because I figured it would improve. But the customer service is no longer very good. I rarely see the owner in the store. And the staff is less than helpful or friendly. As much as I hate to I’m going to look for another pharmacy.

They go above and beyond for their clients. This pharmacy is without a doubt a pharmacy that cares about its clients. They even give my kids lollipops when I have them with me. I've never had an issue since I've been coming here. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Communication, friendliness, cleanliness, there's nothing that doesn't meet my expectation. I couldn't ask for a better pharmacy!

He is by the book, but has a heart and let's people know what they are putting into their body's and the negative effects and positive effects that can happen in any which scenario. More pharmacists should do this. Not just hand you a bag and say "any questions?" Assume your answer is no and on to the next customer. TRUE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY SAFE. These people actually care about people who can't afford stuff and go above and beyond to make sure your not just satisfied, but healthy as well. AND they're very quick, clean, and everyone's professional not just the pharmacist but his whole team.

I stopped in St. Mary Pharmacy talked to John and he took care of me and treated me with respect, no more paying 3 and 4 times the amount I should be. The service is always great they treat you like family always willing to go above and beyond to help. I can't say enough about John and the staff go check them out and see what you been missing out on, be treated like a person again and not just another number. Thanks again to John and the staff!!!

There are some of us that really need our medications to function because of our painor whatever is our disease/medical condition. All staff has been nothing but sweet to me I love having a pharmacy that knows your name when you walk in. I was wondering what the pharmacy hours are for the holiday I can call Monday and they will be sweet and tell me what is going on the wait time is very little. If you have to wait longer than normal it's because of Something on your part. If a medication is do sometimes in most of time it's already reading when you come in if you set up the day in advance you do not have to wait when you have no car like I don't for my car accident I must give this pharmacy along review because I believe they deserve it. The staff enjoys the holiday and they dress up and look adorable. They always ask if you understand about your medicine they make sure that You are educated. They follow state rules And my insurance was running out last month hopefully is renewed but they followed the insurances allowances followed the insurances Allowances to make sure I got my medicine before my insurance ran out. Thank you for being a wonderful fun Pharmacy because you're always playing good movies and have a comfy couch. They also have other things like household products that you may need to shop for I do not have a car so I get to pick Up cleaning products while I I am there to avoid an extra trip to the store. They have products that are affordable. Thank you for being number one.
