My partner had ordered online, yet, no one acknowledged my existence when I sat in front of the box, occasionally saying "hello". Once the gentleman took my order number and I pulled around, only one car was ahead of me. It took a RIDICULOUS amount of time to appease this customer (all he asked for were fresh fries) this location was SLOW, there's no excuse for the fries not to have been fresh (drop them as soon as you have someone place an order). Once I got to the window, you would have thought the line was wrapped around the building from the stressed looks on their faces (again, this location was NOT busy), and the way they were working together it seemed as though they were making food for an entire platoon "on the fly". It was 2 cars and one person, who was sitting and eating when I arrived at the restaurant. Either staff, train, or schedule properly please, so that your customers have a more pleasant and positive experience.

I work close by and usually have an ok experience at this location. The “boy”, as I won’t call him a man, working the drive thru window and taking orders, 2:40pm on 11/15 should be fired. Rude, disrespectful, and obviously totally hates his job! Do better or quit … but don’t diss your customers!

Wish I could give negative stars. Young lady at drive thru, was stone cold. I tried to be polite, but when she did speak it was the bare minimum. Not that i want chit chat, just a basic hello wouldve been cool. Missing fries. Felt like I was a problem the whole time. Went back inside, same young lady said I didn't order fries. My wife and I both saw it on the screen when ordering. Overall I felt it was an inconvenience to get a burger at a burger shop. Please understand I have worked fast food, it sucks, but if you don't like it don't do it or make the best. For my part, I did storm out and said "You guys are horrible here"

I downloaded the app and they have some awesome prices you don't see on the regular menu. I ordered 2 Biggie meals at home for $5.00 each. They consisted of a sandwich, fries, chicken nuggets and a drink. By the time I got there my order was ready and everything was still HOT when I got home. Couldn't even finish everything! The food is always good. That said it is often slow service. Granted they cannot help it as it seems they are short staffed. Given the staffing issues the staff is always friendly and happy. The four for four and $5 biggie bag is one of the best quick meals around. Always ask for the chili sauce it really takes your burger or fries to the next level. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

Waited 10min to get the wrong order, another 10 at the front counter waiting for the cashier to address the situation, after 20 minutes was offered to have them waste another 10min making the RIGHT sandwich. Lunch break was wasted. Then found out the child's meal toy was omitted from my son's meal so had to approach again. At least the general manager was able to correct that issue quickly and professionally. Forget the health issues, the declining service is enough to keep people away.

I waited in the drive thru line to order for my family. When I got to the order station on the drive thru, it was almost 10 minutes before anyone answered. When someone finally answered the speaker box made a loud screeching sound and I could not hear the person taking my order. So I told her I would pull up to the window to place my order. After a few more minutes at the window I left and went to McDonalds across the street and had my food in minutes with no problem. I figured being almost 15 minutes in line was sign not to eat here. I won't be wasting my time at Wendy's any more. Reading other reviews leads me to believe they do not care what what their customers think. It looks like even the owner has given up because they used to provide a response but doesn't even do that any more. Disappointing because thus was once a good place. Save the aggravation and go somewhere else.

Put a mobile order in and it said to go through the drive thru to pick it up where they then told me I’d have to pick it up inside. I had a cranky baby in the car so that sucked. They had received my order no problem. They just didn’t want to serve me through drive thru. Ridiculous. Have had many other problems here as well.

If I could give 0stars I would. The service here is awful. When you order through the drive through they rush you. I was ordering a meal but had a special request and the woman completely ignored what I said and talked over me saying “SAUCE MAM’” to be passive aggressive isn’t needed. I know food service is hard, I’ve been there but it’s not my fault you hate your job. I don’t ever leave bad reviews, I tip when service is bad because I get it but the way this location made me feel today is completely unacceptable. I didn’t bother completing the order I drove off. Do better Wendy’s

Okay, let's start by saying the drive-thru woman was just rude to begin with. I don't know if it was the fact that I didn't order a big order or the fact that I drove through the drive-thru at all, but she seemed to already be upset when I placed my order. It's a really simple order, a small chocolate frosty and a junior fry. I like to dip my fries in my frosty like most people do but you know they didn't even know that so I'm doubting that it had anything to do with that but I literally watched the guy through the window make a junior Frosty look at me. Get told by the lady that it was supposed to be a small look back at the Frosty machine and then put the junior Frosty in a small cup and then put a lid on it and hand it to her. So he gave me a junior frosty and charged me for a small. At first I wasn't handed a receipt and when I asked for one this is the receipt I got. It doesn't show any proof payment on it. So clearly she just remade another one and then printed it. But I gave her $4 and I got 33 cents back. So she's also stealing from the register because I'm assuming she just kept that $4 because there's no actual receipt proving that I paid it after I left. So super fun! I would definitely not come back here but I really hope someone sees this and offers me some free frosties because if employees know they make a mistake and then instead of fixing it just let it happen. That's just lame like that's the type of thing that makes me want to go to Taco Bell instead.
