I love steps new york clothing, but this is by far the worst location in terms of customer service. Every time I come in, the clerks are on their cell phones either texting or having a personal conversation on their cell or with each other. They don't look up to even greet customers and act like you're interrupting them to ask a question. I've also run into a language barrier challenge several times as some of their associates do not speak any English at all which is odd for a front-line customer service job in the state of Florida. I typically opt to go to the Dolphin Mall location across the street instead.
