There is always a good deal here ,but they never have the same thing twice so it's hard to buy something then not be able to get it again because they no longer sell it.

Purchased a pool from this location after getting it home and ready to set up found that the pool had been used for sometime with dirt and stains and pieces missing. The manager Mike was amazing about this. Took back the pool replaced it and was exceptional with his customer service. He was amazing. Can't say thank you enough for the professionalism and kindness. Amazing store!

We drove from the West side of Pensacola all the way to Milton to purchase a sofa that the Navy Blvd Store associate Tracy called and verified stock with the Milton store. After we drove over a half hour we were told very rudely, by Justin the associate in Milton, the sofa was $200 more expensive. We called the Pensacola and had her verify the price and after she confirmed the price, again very rudely Justin finally told us that there was a company communication of some sort advising that the price was incorrect. So not only did I waste my fuel as well as driving time, Justin decided he would waste another twenty minutes of my time allowing me to call the other location to verify the price difference when he obviously knew there was an issue. I opened a credit just to purchase furniture with big lots, that I am canceling without making a single purchase as I will never be shopping at Big Lots again. Tracy was very nice and helpful, Justin needs to find a different line of work where he doesn't have to speak directly with people as he is not qualified to do so.

Good customer service. Store is pretty clean and stocked adequately. Prices are pretty good. I try to use my coupons from being a rewards member and getting their emails. They run sales also.

The female manager i believe her name was Angie was extremely rude and had nothing but an attitude the whole time she was talking to my sister and i and proceeded to talk to us like we were stupid. Definitely should not be working there if you aren’t happy go somewhere else no need to be rude to your costumers who are the reason you even get a paycheck

I love this Big Lots, and prefer not to go to any other ones, as these ladies & men, have set the standard in customer service. I love the deals, but the friendly staff make shopping all the better. You never want for assistance at this Big Lots. Thanks for taking good care of us here in the Panhandle, during trying times!
